326. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Education, the Arts and Culture, amending the Regulation on the curricula for higher technical and commercial teaching establishments; Announcement of the curricula for religious education

Article 1

Regulation of the Federal Minister for Education, the Arts and Culture, amending the regulation on the curricula for higher technical and commercial teaching institutions

Because of

1.		of the School Organization Act, BGBl. No 242/1962, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 73/2011, in particular Articles 6, 68a, 72 and 73 thereof, and
2.		§ 7 (1) of the Federal Teacher's Teacher Training Act, BGBl. No 244/1965, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 52/2009,
Is prescribed:

The regulation of the Federal Minister of Education and the Arts on the curricula for higher technical and commercial teaching institutions, BGBl. No 412/1986, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 324/2009, shall be amended as follows:

1. Article I, Section 1, Z 3, 4, 7 and 8 are:

" 3.		"Higher education institute for artistic design" (Appendix 1.9),
4.		"Higher Training College-College of Fashion" (Appendix 3.7),
7.		"Higher educational institution-training course for fashion" (Annex 7.8); and
8.		"Higher teaching institution-advanced training course for people with hearing disabilities" (Appendix 7.9). "

2. In Article III, Article 1 of the following paragraph 13 is added:

" (13) The following provisions of this Regulation, as amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 326/2011 shall enter into force as follows:

1.		§ 1 Z 3 as well as Appendix 1.9 (with the exception of the curricula for religious instruction), with regard to the I. and II. Age at the end of the day of the presentation of this Regulation in the Federal Law Gazans, with regard to the III. Year after September 1, 2012 and with respect to the other vintages, each year with 1 September of the following years ascending into force.
2.		§ 1 Z 4, 7 and 8 as well as Appendixes 3.7, 7.8 and 7.9 (with the exception of the curricula for religious instruction) with regard to the I. vintages or the 1. Semester at the end of the day of the presentation of this Regulation in the Federal Law Gazans, with regard to the II. year-end or the second semester with 1 September 2012 or 1 February 2012 and with respect to the other vintages or Semester respectively with 1 September or 1 February of the subsequent years of the year- semester by year in ascending force. "

3. The previous annexes 1.9 (Höhere Lehranstalt für artistic Design), 3.7 (Höhere Lehranstalt-Kolleg Mode und Bekleidungstechnik), 7.8 (Höhere Lehranstalt für Mode und Bekleidungstechnik-Aufbaulehrgang) as well as 7.9 (Höhere Lehranstalt für die und Bekleidungstechnik-Advanced Teaching Institute for the Department of Fashion and Clothing Engineering) Fashion and clothing technology-advanced training for hearing impaired persons) shall be replaced by the facilities of this Regulation, 1.9, 3.7, 7.8 and 7.9.

Article 2

Publication of the curricula for religious education

On the basis of § 2 para. 2 of the Law of Religion, Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). No. 190/1949, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. N ° 256/1993, shall be made known:

The curricula for the teaching of religion contained in Annexes 1.9, 3.7, 7.8 and 7.9 of this Regulation under Section V have been issued by the churches and religious societies concerned and are hereby hereby established in accordance with Article 2 (2) of the Religious Teaching Act announced.
