333. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Health, amending the Dye Regulation
On the basis of § 6 (1) and (2) of the Food Safety and Consumer Protection Act-LMSVG, BGBl. I n ° 13/2006, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 95/2010, as regards Section 9, in agreement with the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs, Family and Youth,
The Dye Ordinance, BGBl. No 541/1996, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 426/2009, shall be amended as follows:
1. § 1 reads:
" § 1. This Regulation lays down rules on the use of food colours in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1333/2008 on food additives, OJ L 327, 31.12.2008, p. No. 16., in foodstuffs as defined in Article 2 of Regulation (EC) No 178/2002 laying down the general principles and requirements of food law, establishing the European Food Safety Authority and laying down procedures in matters of food safety, OJ C 327, No. OJ No L 31, 1 February 2002, p. 1.
2. § 3 is deleted.
3. § 4 reads:
" § 4. The one in the Append shall refer to the maximum quantities laid down
1. ready-to-use foods, prepared in accordance with instructions for use;
2. the amounts of the colouring basic component in the colouring preparation. "
4. § 5 deleted.
5. § 7 deleted.
6. The following sentence is added to Article 9 (1):
" In addition, the pursuant to Art. 24 are in conjunction with Annex V to Regulation (EC) No 1333/2008 on food additives. "
7. The following indent shall be added to § 11:
"-Commission Directive 2011 /3/EU of 17. Jänner 2011 laying down specific purity criteria for food colours, OJ L 327, 28.11.2011, p. No. L 13 of 18 Jänner 2011. "
8. The following indent shall be added to Annex VI:
"-Commission Directive 2011 /3/EU of 17. Jänner 2011 laying down specific purity criteria for food colours, OJ L 327, 28.11.2011, p. No. L 13 of 18 Jänner 2011. "
