342. Regulation of the Federal Minister of economy, family and youth of the accreditation of the quality Austria - training, certification and evaluation Ltd. (quality Austria) for the certification of products

On the basis of § 17 para 1 of the accreditation law, BGBl. No. 468/1992, as last amended by Federal Law Gazette I no. 85/2002, is prescribed:

§ 1. The quality Austria - training, certification and evaluation Ltd. (quality Austria) headquartered in 1010 Vienna, Gonzagagasse 1/24, is where the products certified as (according to ÖNORM EN 45011), accredited.

§ 2. Includes the certification authority certification



1. food and food products in accordance with a) international food standard (IFS) 1 b) British Retail Consortium (BRC) technical standard and Protocol for companies supplying retailer branded food products and the BRC/IOP technical standard and Protocol for companies manufacturing and supplying food packaging materials for retailer branded products (BRC/IOP packaging standard) 2 c) "Controlado por FACE" quality Label3 2. of wood products from sustainable forest management to the technical document of the "programme for the endorsement of forest certification schemes (PEFC)" , in the field of chain of custody (CoC) 4 3 of consumer products according to the British Retail Consortium (BRC) global standard for consumer Products5.

§ 3. The certification authority shall apply to those areas in which the Federal Government for the legislation and execution is responsible, provided that the federal laws governing these areas contain no provisions corresponding to the provisions of the Act of accreditation through the accreditation of such bodies.

§ 4. With the entry into force of this regulation, Ordinance of the Federal Minister for economy, family and youth, Federal Law Gazette No. 267/2010, override occurs II.
