356th regulation of the Federal Minister for Finance of the completion dates for the financial year 2012

On the basis of § 122 para 3 No. 4 lit. c federal budget 2013 (BHG 2013), Federal Law Gazette I no. 139/2009, is prescribed:

Subject

§ 1 subject matter of this regulation are the provisions on the completion dates for the financial year 2012 according to article 122, paragraph 1 Z 4 BHG 2013.

Scope

2. (1) the regulation applies to all instructional institutions according to § 5 para 2 BHG, BGBl. No. 213/1986.

(2) as far as other legislation is referenced in this regulation, these shall apply in their respectively valid version.

Completion dates for the financial year 2012

§ 3. The following completion dates are applicable to the financial year 2012: 1 with 31 December 2012 ends the admissibility of payments for the financial year 2012 (section 66 BHV 2009, Federal Law Gazette II No. 489/2008), 2. the admissibility for the allocation of privileges and obligations, receivables and debt ends with 15 January 2013 (§§ 64 and 65 BHV 2009, Federal Law Gazette II No. 489/2008), as well as for the settlement of prior authorizations and responsive (§ 68 BHV 2009) , Federal Law Gazette II No. 489/2008), and 3. until 31 January 2013 has completed of the inventory and success clearing (sections 95 and 96 BHG, BGBl. No. 213/1986) must be.

Entry into force

§ 4. This Regulation shall enter into force the day following the announcement.

Transitional provisions

5. (1) the dates for the time limits according to §§ 67 para 2 and 6 and 73 para 2 and 3 BHV 2009, Federal Law Gazette II are no. 489/2008, for the financial year 2012 not to apply.

(2) the possibility of adjustments for payments in the way of assistance for the 2012 financial year (article 67 par. 3 BHV 2009), is omitted.
