Regulation of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Österreichische Postbus Aktiengesellschaft concerning the adjustment of the salary and allowances for the service provided pursuant to Section 17 (1a) of the Postal Structure Act (PTSG) of Österreichische Postbus Aktiengesellschaft for the provision of services Assigned civil servants (Postbus-Bezügeverordnung 2011)
According to § 17a paragraph 3 Z 2 PTSG is ordered:
§ 1. As from 1 September 2011, the reference and grant estimates of the officials who are assigned to the service in accordance with Section 17 (1a) of the Austrian Postbus Company (PTSG) in cash amounts shall be adjusted as follows:

The salary and service allowance rates for postal and telecommunications officials (§ § 103 (2), 105 (1) and (4) of the salary law 1956) shall be applied in accordance with Appendix 1 and Appendix 2 set. |

For all cash benefits derived from the salary level 2 of service class V of the officials of the General Administration, this approach (Postbus V/2 approach) shall be Euro 2,242,24 as of 01.09.2011. |

§ 2. A new adjustment will take place at the earliest on 1 September 2012.
§ 3. This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 September 2011.
