409. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Women and Public Service on the minimum rates for the assessment of the supplementary allowance for the year 2012 (Supplementary allowance ordinance 2012-ErgZV 2012)
Due to § 26 (5) of the Pension Act 1965, BGBl. N ° 340, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 111/2010, shall be ordered:
§ 1. The minimum rates within the meaning of Section 26 (5) of the Pension Act 1965 shall be as of 1. Jänner 2012

for civil servants 814,82 € and increase for married civil servants or officials whose marriage is divorced, annulled or annulled if they are obliged to pay for the maintenance of their former Spouse or to contribute € 406.86 and for each child for which the official or the official is entitled to benefit under Section 25 of the Pensions Act 1965, by 125,72 €; |

for the surviving spouse, € 814,82 and increase by € 125,72 for each child for which the surviving spouse is entitled to benefit under Section 25 of the Pensions Act 1965; |

for a half-orphan until the completion of the 24th Life year 299,70 € and after this date 532,56 €; |

for a full orphan until the completion of the 24th Life year 450,00 € and after this date 814,82 €; |

for a former spouse 814,82 €. |

§ 2. This Regulation shall enter into force 1. Jänner 2012 in force.
