442. Ordinance of the Federal Minister for Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Management, with which the Altlastenatlas-VO is amended (2. Altlastenatlas-VO-Novelle 2011)

On the basis of § § 13 and 14 of the Altlastensanierungsgesetz, BGBl. No 299/1989, as last amended by the Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). I No 15/2011, shall be assigned:

The Altlastenatlas-VO, BGBl. II No 232/2004, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 113/2011, shall be amended as follows:

(1) The following paragraph 15 is added to § 2:

" (14) Annexes 2, 3, 6, 7 and 9 in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No 442/2011 shall enter into force 1. Jänner 2012 in force. "
