450. Regulation of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Österreichische Postbus Aktiengesellschaft concerning the service obligation and the cost allocation of further training measures in accordance with. the "Basic Qualification and Training Ordinance-Professional Driver-GWB" for the officials assigned to the service pursuant to Section 17 (1a) of the Postal Structure Act (PTSG) of Österreichische Postbus Aktiengesellschaft (Postbus- Training Regulation)

According to § 17a (3) (1) of the Postal Structure Act, BGBl. No 201/1996, in the version BGBl. I No 111/2010, shall be ordered:

§ 1. (1) The Regulation regulates the duty of service and the cost-sharing of training measures in accordance with. the "Basic Qualification and Training Ordinance-Professional Driver-GWB", BGBl. II No 139/2008.

(2) Participation in these training activities shall be compulsory for officers of bus and/or bus drivers to the extent that the participation is ordered by the service authority. It is the sole responsibility of the service authority to enable the training measure to be taken into consideration for bus drivers who are eligible for this purpose, whereby the service authority has to implement the statutory further training requirements for bus drivers.

(3) The costs of the training measures shall be borne by the employer.

(4) The visit of the continuing training activities takes place within the service period.

(5) There is no salary in respect of the period of service to be paid for the visit to the training measures.

(6) A flat-rate amount of EUR 63.00 is due for the period of service to be paid for the visit to the training measures.
