Regulation of the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs, Family and Youth on the replacement of the one-time expense, including the implementation costs of all health insurance institutions and costs of subsequent adjustments, as well as investments of technical Nature according to § 38 (3) and (4) Child Care Act

On the basis of § 38 (3) and 4 Child Care Money Act (KBGG), BGBl. I No 103/2001, as last amended by BGBl. I No 139/2011, shall be arranged:

The Lower Austrian Regional Health Insurance Fund will provide the necessary, unique and proven effort for subsequent adaptations on the basis of the BGBl requirements. I n ° 116/2009, amendments to the Child Care Money Act, BGBl. I No 103/2001, idF BGBl. I No 139/2011. This amount will be fixed at EUR 329.747.30, due in December 2011.
