20 regulation of the Federal Minister of economy, family and youth about the maximum amounts per student and school type for the free distribution of textbooks in the school year 2012/13 (limit regulation 2012/13)

On the basis of § 31a 4 equalisation Act 1967, BGBl. No. 376, as amended by Federal Law Gazette I is no. 76/2011, in agreement with the Federal Minister for education, art and culture:

The limits include the schools limit and the religion book limit 13.70 (2).

§ 2. At schools with bilingual education (minority schools) also schoolbooks for the second language to the extent (number of titles) per pupil, as for the comparable German lessons may be purchased in addition to maximum gem. § 1 for the German-language textbooks.

3. (1) the maximum amounts for the average costs per pupil at elementary schools, polytechnic schools, secondary schools and higher schools of general education - steps are in addition to maximum gem. § 1 of the German for students curriculum addition with non-German mother tongue and for mother tongue teaching up €14,67.

(2) students with migrant or with the curriculum addition "German as a second language" may receive also once 1 dictionary.

§ 4. The maximum amounts for the average cost per student, taking part in a language course of salvation, are in addition €5.45 to the applicable maximum gem. § 1 for primary schools, secondary schools and general education schools higher steps.

§ 5. The textbooks for visually impaired students may at special schools and for integrative taught students per student per year only to the extent (number of titles) are secreted, comparable as students without special educational needs.
