32. Regulation of the Financial Markets Authority (FMA) on the liquidity requirements (5. Liquidity Regulation-5. LiquiV)

Pursuant to Section 25 (7) (2) and (12) of the Banking Act (BWG), BGBl. No. 532/1993, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 145/2011, shall be arranged:

Liquid First Grades

§ 1. The rate referred to in Article 25 (7) Z 2 of the BWG shall be set at 1.0 vH.

Liquid Second Grades

§ 2. The sentence referred to in Article 25 (12) of the Federal Elections Act shall be fixed at 20 vH.

entry into force

§ 3. (1) This Regulation shall enter into force with the day following the presentation.

(2) With the entry into force of this Regulation, the Regulation of the Federal Minister of Finance shall enter into force for the implementation of the Banking Act (4). Liquidity Regulation), BGBl. II No 14/1999, except for force.
