Regulation of the Federal Minister for Agriculture, Forestry, the Environment and Water Management, amending the Regulation on the control of consumer information in the fishery and aquaculture products sector

Pursuant to § § 4 (1) Z 1, 5 (1) and 2, 14 (2) and § 21 (2) of the Marketing Standardisation Act-VNG, BGBl. I n ° 68/2007, in the version of the Federal Budget Accompanying Legislative Amendment 2011, BGBl. I n ° 111, shall be assigned in agreement with the Federal Minister for Health and the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs, Family and Youth:

The regulation of the Federal Minister for Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Management on the control of consumer information in fishery and aquaculture products, BGBl. II No 221/2008, as amended by the BGBl Regulation. II Nr.78/2011 is amended as follows:

1. In § 1, the following Z 4 shall be added:

" 4.		of Regulation (EU) No 404/2011 laying down detailed rules for the application of Regulation (EC) No 1224/2009 establishing a Community control system to ensure compliance with the rules of the common fisheries policy, OJ L 327, 31.12.2011, p. No. L 112 of 30.04.2011 p. 1 "

2. The list of Appendix to § 3, List in alphabetical order of the German trade names, will be supplemented at the appropriate alphabetical positions as follows:
