75. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Management, with which the Biocides-G-fee tariff V II is amended for the fourth time

On the basis of § 41 of the Biocidal Products Act (Biocides Act), BGBl. No 105/2000, in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I No 151/2004, shall be ordered:

The Biocides-G-fee tariff V II, BGBl. II No 331/2003, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 209/2009, shall be amended as follows:

1. The amount indicated in Section I C of the Appendix in the fourth column (fee in euro) for the tariff post 19.0 is: "200,-"

2. The amount indicated in Section I C of the Appendix in the fourth column (fee in euro) for the tariff post 20.0 is: "400,-"

3. The amount for the tariff post 34.0 listed in Section II C of the Appendix in the fourth column (fee in Euro) is: "75,-"

4. The amount for the tariff post 35.0 listed in Section II C of the Appendix in the fourth column (fee in Euro) is: "200,-"
