59. Customer's announcement concerning the scope of the Convention on the Promotion of Light Bodies

According to the Secretary-General of the Council of Europe, the Czech Republic has announced that it is 23 January 2012 is the instrument of ratification of the Convention on the Promotion of Light Bodies (BGBl. No 515/1978, last proclamation of the BGBl area. III, No 79/2010), and issued the following statement on the occasion of:

In accordance with Article 8 of the Convention, the Czech Republic declares that the competent authorities of the Czech Republic are responsible for issuing the necessary documents for the cross-border carriage of corpses by the (Regional Public Health Authorities) and the chief hygienist of the Ministry of Defence of the Czech Republic (Chief Sanitary Officer of the Ministry of Defence of the Czech Republic).
