62. Representing of the Federal Chancellor concerning the scope of the Convention on Road Signs

According to the Communications of the Secretary-General of the United Nations, the following States have ratified their instruments of ratification or ratification. Accession documents to the Convention on Road Signs (BGBl. No 291/1982, as last amended by BGBl. III No 61/2012, last proclamation of the BGBl scope. With regard to Article 46 (1) of the Convention, the Republic of Azerbaijan declares that it does not consider itself bound by Article 44 of this Convention.

Explanation:

The Republic of Azerbaijan declares that it will not be able to ensure the implementation of the provisions of the Convention in the territories occupied by the Republic of Armenia only if those territories are liberated from the occupation and the consequences of such Crew are completely eliminated.
