Regulation of the Federal Chancellor concerning the adjustment of the threshold values laid down in the Federal Law on the Law of the Federal Republic of Germany (Bundesvergabegesetz 2006)-Threshold Regulation 2012

On the basis of § § 18 and 186 of the Federal Law of Procurement 2006 (BVergG 2006), BGBl. I n ° 17, last amended by the BVergG Novelle 2012, BGBl. I n ° 10, shall be assigned:

§ 1. Instead of the thresholds laid down in Articles 11, 37 Z 1 and 2, 38 (2) (2), (2), (2), (2), (2), (2), (3), (1), (2), (2), (2), (3), (1), (2) and (280) (3) BVergG 2006, the thresholds

the amount of EUR 100 000 shall be replaced by the amount of EUR 50 000 referred to in § § 11, 41 (2) and 141 (3);

2.

the amount of EUR 100 000 shall be replaced by the amount of EUR 60 000 referred to in Article 38 (2) (2) (2),

3.

the amount of EUR 100 000 shall be replaced by the amount of EUR 75 000 referred to in Article 177 (1), (201) (2) and (3) (3) of the Article (3);

4.

The amount of EUR 1 000 000 shall be replaced by the amount of EUR 300 000 referred to in Article 37 (1) (1);

5.

the amount of EUR 100 000 shall be replaced by the amount of EUR 80 000 referred to in § § 37 Z 2 and 38 (2) (1) (1).

§ 2. (1) The Regulation shall enter into force at the date of the presentation, but not earlier than 1 April 2012, in force and at the end of 31 December 2012, and shall apply to the award procedures initiated during the period of application of the Regulation.

(2) With the entry into force of this Regulation, the threshold value regulation 2009, BGBl. II. No 125, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 433/2011.
