123. Federal Minister of Defense and Sport Ordinance on the Use of Redemption of Divestment Gifts

Pursuant to Section 59 (4) of the Official Services Act 1979 (BDG 1979), Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). No. 333, and Section 5 of the Contract Law Act 1948 (VBG), Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). N ° 86, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 140/2011, shall be:

§ 1. Proceeds from the divestments of honour gifts handed over to staff in the Federal Ministry of Defence and Sport are to be transferred to the United AltAustrian military foundations for charitable purposes.

§ 2. This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 May 2012.
