69. Revelation of the Federal Chancellor concerning amendments to Annexes I, II and III to the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora

On the basis of § 5 paragraph 1 Z 6 of the Federal Law on the Federal Law Gazette 2004 (BGBlG), BGBl. I No 100/2003, shall be made known:

According to the announcement by the Government of the Swiss Confederation, the text of the published annexes I, II and III to the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (Kundrendered in BGBl) has been published. No. 188/1982, idF BGBl. No 442/1994, as last amended by BGBl. I n ° 2/2008) and replaced by the following new text, which entered into force on 22 December 2011:
