135. Ordinance of the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs, Family and Youth on the accreditation of the SystemCERT Certification Society m.b.H. to certify management systems
On the basis of § 17 (1) and § 38 Z ° 1 of the Accreditation Act-AkkG, BGBl. No 468/1992, as last amended by BGBl. I n ° 85/2002, is being prescribed in agreement with the Federal Minister for Transport, Innovation and Technology:
§ 1. SystemCERT certification company m.b.H., based in 8700 Leoben, Parkstraße 11, is certified as a management system (according to ÖVE/ÖNORM EN ISO/IEC 17021). 1 ), accredited.
§ 2. The certification authority includes certification in subsequent areas

Quality management systems according to ÖNORM EN ISO 9001 2 , in accordance with the Annex specified scope, |

§ 3. The certification authority applies to those areas in which the Federal Government is responsible for legislation and enforcement, provided that the federal laws governing these areas do not comply with the provisions of the Accreditation Act relating to the accreditation of such bodies.
§ 4. With the entry into force of this Regulation, the Regulation of the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs, Family and Youth on the accreditation of the SystemCERT Certification Association m.b.H. for the certification of management systems, BGBl, enters into force. II No 39/2011, except for force.
