166. Ordinance of the Federal Minister of Science and Research on the repeal of the Ordinance of the Federal Minister of Science and Research of the 25. October 1988 on the lump-sum payment of allowances for civil servants and contract agents in scientific use at universities, universities and scientific institutions

Pursuant to Section 20 (1) of the salary law in 1956, Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). No. 54/1956, in the version of the 24. Content Law Novel, BGBl. No. 214/1972, in conjunction with Section 15 (2) of the salary law in 1956, in connection with Section 22 (1) of the Contract Order Act 1948, Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). No. 86/1948, as last amended by BGBl. I n ° 35/2012, is assigned with the approval of the Federal Minister for Women and Public Service:

§ 1. The regulation of the Federal Minister for Science and Research of the 25. October 1988 on the lump-sum payment of allowances for civil servants and contract agents in scientific use at universities, colleges and scientific institutions, BGBl. No. 604/1988, is hereby repealed.

§ 2. Lump-sum payments in accordance with the Regulation of 25 October 1988, BGBl. No 604/1988, which was granted up to the abolition of the abolition of the law, retained its effectiveness until such time as a new measurement was carried out in accordance with Section 15 (6) of the salary law.

§ 3. This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 June 2012.
