173. Presentation by the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs, the Family and Youth, which updates the list of harmonised European standards for machinery and equipment for machinery safety
On the basis of § 71 (4) of the Commercial Code 1994, BGBl. N ° 194, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 35/2012, in conjunction with Section 7 (3) of the Machine Safety Ordinance 2010-MSV 2010, BGBl. II No 282/2008, as last amended by the BGBl agreement. II No 41/2012, shall be made known:

The recast of Annex XIV to the machinery safety regulation 2010 on the list of harmonised European standards for machinery and for safety components for machinery and the corresponding Austrian standards shall be adopted in the Annex with March 23, 2012. |

This agreement will comply with the Community legal obligation arising from Article 7 of the machinery directive 2006 /42/EC and Commission communications 2012 /C 61/01 of 29.02.2012 and 2012 /C 87/01 of 23.03.2012. |
