General terms and conditions

Scope

1. (1) this Regulation applies to 1 which in the school Organization Act, Federal Law Gazette No. 242/1962, regulated public and equipped with public law vocational secondary schools, 2. the public and equipped with public law institutions of higher regulated in the school organization act of teacher education and teacher education, 3. that in the agriculture and forestry Federal Act, Federal Law Gazette number 175/1966, regulated public and equipped with public law higher agriculture and forestry colleges , 4 the add-on courses of schools referred to in Nos. 1 and 3 and 5. the courses of the schools referred to in subpara 2 and regulates the conduct of the final examination.

(2) this Regulation applies not for vocational middle schools, colleges and schools listed as special forms for people under employment, add-on courses, colleges and courses.

Forms and scope of the final audit

2. (1) the final exam is 1 of the vocational secondary schools (§ 1 Z 1 and 3), the higher institutes of teacher education and the teacher education (§ 1 Z 2) as well as the construction courses at vocational secondary schools (§ 1 Z 4) in form a Reifeprüfung and vet diploma examination and 2 higher at the training establishments of teacher education and the teacher education (§ 1 Z 5) in the form of a diploma.

(2) the final examination consists in accordance of the 4th section from a preliminary examination and an examination or an examination.

(3) the preliminary examination consists of practical exams.

(4) the examination consists of 1, 2. an exam examination consisting of examination work, as well as any compensation orals and 3. an oral exam consisting of oral exams a diploma thesis (including their presentation and discussion).

Choice of Prüfungskandidatin or of the candidates are three exam papers and three oral exams or four exam works and two oral exams to take.

(5) Supplementary examinations are in accordance with article 41 of the Education Act in subjects where schoolwork are intended to place in the exam examination (as written exam work) as well as within the framework of the oral examination (as oral of part of), in all other subjects only during the oral examination (as oral of part of).

Test areas

3. (1) includes the thesis editing a topic, which has to comply with the educational goal of the respective school type (shape, discipline) in accordance with section 4. In addition, a test area does not include the entire curriculum of the same name (autonomous school) teaching the subject or the same name (autonomous school) subjects, as far as in the section 4 other is determined.

(2) if in all grade levels other than the German language instead of or in addition to this as the language of instruction was intended, so the Reifeprüfung and vet diploma examination - except in the linguistic examination areas and throughout the examination of "Applied mathematics" (standardized) - to hold in this language instead of German language or in both languages of instruction in the almost the same scope. In these cases, the tasks in both official languages are to be worded. At the bilingual business Academy in Klagenfurt are (standardized) in the testing area "Applied mathematics" to handle the tasks in Slovenian and German language.

(3) the passing of the final examination in individual examination areas is eliminated at the request of the Prüfungskandidatin or of the candidates if they are successfully completed during a final test on an other school (Department form) or within the framework of Berufsreifeprüfung and the principal or the principal determines the equivalence of the test.


(4) in the case of impaired by a physical or sensory disability that is likely to affect the test result, in the organizational process and in the conduct of the final examination set, providing a possible barrier-free passing of the examination by the relevant Prüfungskandidatin or the respective candidates without changing the level of requirement precautions by the Chairman or the Chairman. The school principal or the head teacher has the necessary arrangements to meet.

Preliminary examination

Examination dates of the preliminary examination

4. (1) has the preliminary examination to take place within the last eleven weeks of the school year of the penultimate grade to at his first attempt. Within the first six weeks of the school year, repetitions have to take place within the first three weeks of the second semester and in the last 11 weeks of the school year. The practical examination dates are set by the School Board of first instance and published four weeks before the exam. Main examination

Diploma thesis

Testing area

§ 7. The thesis consists in accordance of the 4th section of a vorwissenschaftlichem level to create written work with diploma character on a subject in accordance with § 3 including their presentation and discussion.

Topic definition, content and scope of the thesis

§ 8 (1) has the theme definition to be made in consultation between the supervisor or the supervisor who has to thesis, which or who have the necessary professional or external (informal) material and expertise, and the Prüfungskandidatin, or the candidates no later than in the first three weeks of the final grade. The School Board of first instance has to agree to the topic within a week or to request the submission of a new topic under a grace.

(4) the written work may be drafted in consultation with the auditor or the auditor also in a foreign language by the Prüfungskandidatin or by the candidates living visited.

(5) in the context of written work, an abstract is to create, in which the subject, the question, the problem formulation and the essential results conclusively are. The abstract must be drafted in the German language, as well as in a visited living foreign language.

Implementation of the diploma thesis

§ 9 (1) is the written work as independent work outside of class time to edit and produce, where results of teaching may be involved. In the last grade, a continuity of care has to be, who is under observation of the work progress. The support includes the areas of construction work, work methodology, organization, schedule, structure and priorities of work, organizational matters, as well as the requirements in terms of on the presentation and discussion, where the independence of the services must not be adversely affected.

(2) the creation of the work is to document that which in any case, the workflow and the used tools and assistance to lead in an accompanying log to be created by the Prüfungskandidatin or by the candidates. The monitoring protocol is to enclose the written work.

§ 10. The first delivery of the written thesis has to be made no later than four weeks before the beginning of the exam test in digital as well as double printed. The periods for the submission of written work in the event of repetition of the thesis are the first week of classes, the first five school days in December and the first week of the second semester.

§ 11. The examination dates for the standardized test areas (retreat work and oral exams for compensation) are separately prescribed pursuant to section 36, paragraph 4 Nos. 2 and 3 of the Education Act.

Test areas of the exam testing

§ 12 (1) includes exam testing in accordance with the 4th section anyway, per a written exam work from at least three of the following test areas: 1 "German" (standardized), at the bilingual business Academy in Klagenfurt alternatively "Slovene" (standardized) 2. "living foreign language" (in English, French, Italian and Spanish languages standardised), 3. "applied mathematics" (standardized) and a 4 further written, graphical, and/or practical exam work.

(2) in the case of the negative assessment dissertation of examination, exam testing includes also the oral compensation examination requested by the Prüfungskandidatin or by the candidates in the examination area.

Tasks of the standardized testing areas

The tasks for standardized testing areas as well as the corresponding correction and assessment instructions are § 13 (1) electronically transmit to one or more designated to the principal or the principal person or persons or physically to pass. Tasks of the non-standard test areas

One of the tasks is to select and edit completely. Each of the three tasks must be divided into two independent writing to edit tasks. (2) the scope of work of the two partial tasks has approximately 900 words (in the testing area "German"), or approximately 800 words (in the testing area "Slovenian") and the working time has to be 300 minutes.

(3) the use of a dictionary (electronic) is allowed. The use of dictionaries or electronic information media is prohibited.

Content and scope of the examination work in the testing area "Living foreign language"

Section 16 (1) within the framework of the examination work in the testing area "Living foreign language" is in writing to submit a task with three independent task panes in the language concerned the Prüfungskandidatinnen and candidates, being two times to play listening texts. The task panes that can be divided into independent tasks, have to relate to the receptive skills "Reading and listening comprehension", as well as the productive competence "Write". The task pane "Write" is to divide into two or more independent in writing to edit tasks. The task panes are separated in the order mentioned in chronological order to submit and edit.

(2) the tasks are to build according to the scheduled teaching requirements. The working time has to be 300 minutes, with 60 minutes on the task pane "Reading comprehension", to account for 40 to 45 minutes on the task pane "Listening comprehension" and 195 to 200 minutes on the task pane "Literacy".

(3) in the fields of "Reading comprehension" and "Listening comprehension", the use of tools is not allowed. In the task pane of "Literacy" (profession-specific part), it is permitted to use a dictionary (electronic), the use of dictionaries or electronic information media is prohibited.

Content and scope of examination work in the testing area "Applied mathematics"

Section 17 (1) in the work the exam in the testing area "Applied mathematics" is to submit in writing a task with two independent task panes the Prüfungskandidatinnen and candidates. A task pane has several independent tasks in the major curriculum areas "Model building", "Operate", concerning "Interpreting" and "Reasoning" (basic skills). Exam test

Section 18 (1) has the principal or the principal to make the arrangements necessary for the proper implementation of the examination works. Oral exam

Test areas of the oral exam

20. (1) includes the oral exam oral exams according to the section 4. If no examination work was filed during the exam test in one of the test areas in accordance with article 12, paragraph 1, the oral examination includes an oral examination of part in this test area anyway.

Section 23 (1) in the school days before the oral examination working groups to prepare for the oral exam can be set up. The preparation in the working groups shall include teaching subject forming up to four teaching units per a testing area. In the working groups, the test relevant skills in their respective examination are to treat, to analyze testing situations and learning technical instructions to deal with the learning content.

Reifeprüfung and vet diploma examination at the higher technical educational institution (including the setting up of course)

§ 24. The testing area "Thesis" includes the specialist theoretical and the vocational compulsory subjects of the respective discipline or of the respective education branch or of the respective education focus.

Section 25 (1) includes the exam examination: 1. an examination work in the testing area "Applied mathematics" in accordance with article 12, paragraph 1 subpara 1 lit. c and 2nd choice of Prüfungskandidatin or of the candidates one or two exam work in the test areas a) "German" pursuant to § 12 para 1 subpara 1 lit. a or b) "Living foreign language" in accordance with article 12 para 1 subpara 1 lit. b and 3 a 300 minutes continuous written exam work in the testing area "Theory".

(2) the test area "Theory" includes one or two theoretical compulsory subjects (items of allocation of) with a total duration of at least four hours a week in the penultimate and last level, that are known to make from the principal or the principal within the first three weeks of last year due to stop in the school in accordance with paragraph 1 Z 3.

(3) the examination area "Elective" referred to in paragraph 1 Z 3 includes choice of Prüfungskandidatin or of the candidates one of the below lesson plan provided subjects: 1 'religion' or 2. "History and civic education" or 3rd 'Geography, history and citizenship education' or 'Natural sciences' 4th or 5th "Economics and law" or 6 "business law" or 7 "second living foreign language" or 8 technical-theoretical subjects or a maximum of two theoretical subjects , which is provided for in a total value of at least four hours per week in the penultimate and last grade or are (excluding allocation items referred to in paragraph 2 and article 25, paragraph 2).

Reifeprüfung and vet diploma examination at the College of fashion (including the setting up of course)

§ 27. The testing area "Thesis" includes choice of Prüfungskandidatin or of the candidates: 1. the selected training focus or 2 the chosen focus of training and the compulsory subject "Business management, fashion marketing and sales management" or 3. a maximum of two compulsory subjects of the tribal area "Product development and production" and a further compulsory subjects.

Section 28 (1) the exam test involves: 1 a test work in the testing area "German" in accordance with article 12, paragraph 1 subpara 1 lit. a and 2. choice of Prüfungskandidatin or of the candidates two or three examination work in the test areas a) "Living foreign language" in accordance with article 12 para 1 subpara 1 lit. b or b) "Applied mathematics" in accordance with article 12 para 1 subpara 1 lit. c or c) "Applied business administration and accounting" (300 minutes, writing).

(2) the test area "Living foreign language" according to para 1 subpara 2 lit. a includes the compulsory subject "English".

(5) the testing area "Work-related communication in the living foreign language (named for the foreign language)" according to para 1 No. 3 lit. i no. 2 to exam work or pursuant to paragraph 1 does not include the Z 1 compulsory subject selected for the oral examination of part 1 "English including business language" or "Living foreign language" 2. pursuant to § 45 para 1.

(6) the test area "Multilingualism (with designation of two living foreign languages)" according to para 1 No. 3 lit. j includes the compulsory subjects "English" and "Foreign language".

(7) the testing area "Business Informatics" according to para 1 No. 3 lit. k cannot be selected by those Prüfungskandidatinnen and candidates who have visited a relevant training focus or the specialization "Information management and information technology".

(8) the testing area "Seminar (with name of the seminar)" according to para 1 No. 3 lit. l includes a choice of Prüfungskandidatin or of the candidates at least four hours a week, at the language seminar at least six hours a week informed seminar.

(9) the test area "free object (named object of free)" according to para 1 No. 3 lit. m includes choice of Prüfungskandidatin or of the candidates one of at least four hours a week, in the free subject "Living foreign language" at least six hours a week taught free item.

9 subsection

Reifeprüfung and vet diploma examination at the educational institution for kindergarten pedagogy diploma thesis

(4) the choice of test areas according to para 1 subpara 2 lit. c is allowed only if at least a a testing area pursuant to § 52 para 1 No. 2 was elected corresponding compulsory subject in accordance with section 50 of the thesis.

Oral exam

52. (1) the oral exam includes: 1. In the case of § 51 para 1 subpara 2 lit. b an oral examination of part in the testing area pursuant to § 51 para 1 subpara 2 lit b sub-lit. (4) the inspection area according to part of a same name school-autonomous school in accordance with para 1 No. 3 lit. c includes choice of Prüfungskandidatin or of the candidates one of at least four hours a week and at least until including school-autonomous part of school attended to the penultimate level.

(5) the testing area "Image object material design" according to para 1 No. 4 lit. b sublit gg includes the compulsory subjects "Arts education", "Work education", "Textile design" and "seminar art education, movement education, textiles design".

(6) the test area "Image object material design and medical and special education" according to para 1 No. 4 lit. b sublit. HH comprises the compulsory subjects "Arts education", "Work education", "Textile design" and "seminar art education, movement education, textiles design" as well as "medical and special education".

(7) the testing area "Movement education" according to para 1 No. 4 lit. lit. b sublit. II includes the part of "motion" education of the compulsory subject "movement education; Movement and sport".

(8) the testing area "Movement and rhythmic musical education" according to para 1 No. 4 lit. c sublit. JJ, covers the part "Movement education" of the compulsory subject "movement education; Movement and sport"as well as the compulsory subject"rhythmic and musical education".

(9) the testing area "Movement education and medical and special education" according to para 1 No. 4 lit. c sublit. KK covers the part "Movement education" of the compulsory subject "movement education; Movement and sport"as well as the compulsory subject"Medical and special education".

(10) which refers to no. 2 in paragraph 1 provided for election of the inspection area by the Prüfungskandidatin or the candidates themselves on the test areas within the groups of test areas referred to in paragraph 1 No. 2 lit. a, b and c and par. 1 No. 2 lit. d, e and f. The oral part referred to in paragraph 1 is no. 2 to acquire from those Group of testing areas, the testing area "Education (including educational psychology, educational sociology, philosophy)" or "Didactics" in accordance with article 51, paragraph 1 was chosen no. 2 to the exam examination with regard to those not already 1 or 2, the corresponding compulsory subject "Education (including educational psychology, educational sociology, philosophy)" or "Didactics" in accordance with section 50 of the thesis was selected.

(11) the testing area "Elective" referred to in paragraph 1 shall not apply to Prüfungskandidatinnen and candidates, who have chosen a subject or multiple subjects according to para 1 No. 3 to the thesis according to § 50 Z 3. However, if a compartment in accordance with no. 3 in combination with a a testing area pursuant to par. 1 Z 2 corresponding compulsory subject was elected the thesis according to § 50, so only the area of the selected partition in accordance with no. 3 is omitted.

(12) the testing area "profession specific exam area' referred to in paragraph 1 shall not apply to Prüfungskandidatinnen and candidates, who have chosen a subject or multiple subjects according to para 1 No. 4 to the thesis according to § 50 Z 4. However, if a compartment in accordance with no. 4 in combination with a testing area pursuant to par. 1 Z 2 corresponding compulsory subject was elected the thesis according to § 50, so only the area of the selected partition according to Z 4 deleted.

(13) if from two test areas "Elective" referred to in paragraph 1 No. 3 and "Professional specific test area" each a compartment in accordance with section 50 of the thesis was selected No. 4 referred to in paragraph 1, Nos. 3 and 4 eliminates choice of Prüfungskandidatin or of the candidates of one of the two test areas referred to in paragraph 1. In the remaining test area are those subjects referred to in paragraph 1 Z 3 and Z 4 not to choose, from their areas (para 1 No. 3 lit. a or lit. b or paragraph 1 Z 4 lit. a, lit. b or lit. c) this expert was elected to the thesis.

(4) the choice of test areas according to para 1 subpara 2 lit. c is allowed only if at least a a testing area was elected in accordance with article 58, paragraph 1 Z 2 corresponding compulsory subject in accordance with paragraph 56 of the thesis.

In the remaining test area are those subjects referred to in paragraph 1 Z 3 and Z 4 not to choose, from their areas (para 1 No. 3 lit. a or lit. b or paragraph 1 Z 4 lit. a, lit. b or lit. c) this expert was elected to the thesis.

section 63. The exam exam includes a 300 minutes continuous written exam work in the test area selected in accordance with § 62: 1 "Medical and special education" or 2 "special education".

Oral exam

64. (1) the oral examination includes an oral examination of part in the testing area "Interdisciplinary case review".

(2) the test area "Interdisciplinary case review" referred to in paragraph 1 includes choice of Prüfungskandidatin or of the candidates: 1 the compulsory subject a) "Medical and special education" or b) "Special education", and 2. the compulsory subject a)

"Aspects of the developmental psychology" or b) "Aspects of Psychology" or c) "Aspects of the social pedagogy".
