General provisions

Scope

§ 1. (1) This Regulation shall apply to:

1.

who are in the School Organization Act, BGBl. N ° 242/1962, regulated public and vocational higher education institutions with public and public law,

2.

the public and public institutions of higher education and education, regulated by the law on the organisation of the organisation of education and public law,

3.

Federal Education Act, Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). No 175/1966, regulated public and higher education and forestry training centres with public and public law,

4.

the training courses of the schools referred to in Z 1 and 3; and

5.

the courses of the schools mentioned in Z 2

and regulates the conduct of the final examination.

(2) This Regulation does not apply to intermediate vocational schools, colleges and schools run as special forms for professionals, advanced courses, college courses and training courses.

Forms and scope of the final examination

§ 2. (1) The final test shall be carried out

1.

in the higher schools (§ 1 Z 1 and 3), the higher schools of teacher training and education (§ 1 Z 2) as well as the advanced training courses at vocational higher schools (§ 1 Z 4) in the form of a maturity and diploma examination and

2.

in the course of higher education courses in teacher training and education (§ 1 Z 5) in the form of a diploma examination.

(2) The final test shall be based on the 4. Section from a preliminary examination and a main examination or from a main examination.

(3) The preliminary examination consists of practical partial examinations.

(4) The main examination shall consist of:

1.

a diploma thesis (including its presentation and discussion),

2.

a examination of the examination consisting of examination papers and, if necessary, oral compensations and

3.

an oral examination consisting of oral examinations.

After the election of the candidate for examination, three examination papers and three oral examinations or four examination papers and two oral examination examinations are to be taken.

(5) Additional exams according to § 41 of the school teaching law are in subjects in which school work is provided, both within the framework of the examination examination (as written examination) and also in the context of the oral examination (as Oral examination), in all other subjects, only in the context of the oral examination (as an oral examination).

Examination Areas

§ 3. (1) The thesis shall include the processing of a topic, which shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of the 4. This section has to correspond to the educational goal of the respective type of school (form, direction of speciation). In addition, an examination area covers the entire teaching material of the (school autonomous) teaching subject or the (autonomous) teaching subject of the same name, as far as the 4. (2) If, in all schools, a language other than the German language was provided for, or in addition to, the language of instruction, then the examination of maturity and diplomacy, except in the language examination areas and in the examination area, is " Applied Mathematics " (standardized)-in this language instead of the German language or language. in both teaching languages at approximately the same level. In these cases, the tasks in both languages shall be drawn up. At the bilingual trade academy in Klagenfurt, the examination area "Applied Mathematics" (standardized) is to write the tasks in Slovene and in German.

(3) At the request of the candidate for examination or the candidate for examination, the final examination shall not be filed in individual examination areas if the examination is carried out in the course of a final examination in another type of school (form, specialisation) or in the following examination area. As a result of the successful completion of the professional tyre test, the head of the school or the head of the school is responsible for determining the equivalence of the examination.

(4) In the event of impairment of a body or sensory impairment, which is likely to influence the outcome of the examination, the chairperson or chairperson shall take steps in the organisation and implementation of the final examination, which, without amendment of the level of requirements, allows for the examination of the examination by the candidate for examination or the candidate for examination in question, if possible, without any barriers. Section 2

Pre-Review

Examination dates of the preliminary examination

§ 4. (1) The preliminary examination has to take place during the first time within the last eleven weeks of the school year of the penultimate school level. Repetitions have taken place within the first six weeks of the school year, within the first three weeks of the second semester and within the last 11 weeks of the course year. The specific examination dates shall be determined by the School Authority of First Instance and shall be made four weeks prior to the examination. In the case of admission to the school, it must be submitted to the head of the school or to the head of the school at the latest two weeks before the examination date.

(2) In the case of the prevention of a partial examination, the partial examination in question may, if possible, be carried out in the same examination date, otherwise in the next examination date following the omission of the prevention base with a new task shall be filed.

§ 8. (3) In the event of a negative assessment of the examination area "Diploma thesis" by the Examination Commission, a new thematic position within the meaning of paragraph 1 shall be established within two weeks after a negative evaluation. The School Authority of the first instance has to agree to the subject within a week or to request the submission of a new topic, with the setting of a grace period.

(4) In agreement with the examiner, the written work may also be drawn up in a foreign language that is attended by the examination candidate or by the candidate for examination.

(5) In the context of written work, an abstract should be drawn up, in which the subject, the issue, the problem formulation and the main results are to be presented conclusively. The abstract is to be written in German as well as in a visited foreign language.

Implementation of the thesis

§ 9. (1) The written work is to be processed and completed as a self-employed work outside of the teaching period, with the participation of the results of the teaching. In the last school level, continuous care must be carried out, which is to be carried out under observation of the progress of the work. The support includes the areas of construction of the work, working methodology, self-organization, schedule, structure and focus of the work, organizational concerns as well as the requirements with regard to the presentation and discussion, whereby the The independence of the services must not be impaired.

(2) The preparation of the work must be documented in an accompanying protocol to be drawn up by the examination candidate or by the candidate for examination, which in any case has to lead to the workflow as well as to the tools and assistance used. The accompanying protocol shall be annexed to the written work.

(3) In the context of the supervision, the records required for the documentation of the work, in particular endorsements, are to be carried out by the examiner or by the auditor for the purpose of carrying out discussions in the course of the supervision of the work. (4) The duration of the presentation and the discussion shall be no more than 15 minutes per examiner and candidate.

§ 10. The first submission of the written thesis has to be made in both digital and double-printed form no later than four weeks before the beginning of the examination examination. The periods for the submission of written work in the case of repetition of the diploma thesis are the first week of instruction, the first five days of instruction in December and the first week of the second semester.

Examination areas of the examination

§ 12. (1) The examination of the examination shall be based on the provisions of the 4. In any case, a written written examination of at least three of the following examination areas:

(2) In the case of a negative assessment of a written examination, the examination shall also include the oral compensation test in the examination area concerned, if any, requested by the examination candidate or by the candidate for examination.

Tasks of the standardized examination areas

§ 13. (1) The tasks for standardised examination areas as well as the corresponding correction and assessment instructions are to be submitted to one or more persons or persons to be appointed by the head of the school or by the head of the school. shall be transmitted or physically handed over. Tasks of non-standardised examination areas

§ 14. Contents and scope of the written examination in the examination areas "German" and "Slovenian" (as the language of instruction)

§ 15. (1) In the course of the written examination in the examination areas "German" and "Slovenian", the examination candidates are assigned a task with three tasks, one of which has to contain a literary topic, in of the language concerned in writing. One of the tasks is to be selected and fully processed. Each of the three tasks shall be divided into two sub-tasks, independent of each other, to be worked in writing. Both sub-tasks have to deal with the competence areas "content dimension", "text structure", "style and expression" as well as "normative language richness".

(2) The working environment of the two sub-tasks has approximately 900 words (in the examination area "German"), respectively. approximately 800 words (in the exam area "Slovenian") and the working time has to be 300 minutes.

(3) The use of an (electronic) dictionary is permitted. The use of lexica or electronic information media is not permitted.

Contents and scope of the written examination in the Examination area "Living foreign language"

§ 16. (1) In the course of the written examination in the Examination Area "Living Foreign Language", the examination candidates must submit a task in writing with three independent tasks in the relevant language, where listening texts are to be played twice. (3) The use of aids is not permitted in the areas of "reading comprehension" and "listening comprehension". In the field of "writing competence" (part of the profession), the use of an (electronic) dictionary is permissible, the use of lexicons or electronic information media is not permitted.

Contents and scope of the written examination in the examination area "Applied Mathematics"

§ 17. (1) In the course of the written examination in the examination area "Applied Mathematics", the examination candidates must submit a task in writing with two independent task areas. § 18. (1) The head of the school or the head of the school shall take the necessary steps to ensure the proper conduct of the written examination. (2) The exact date of the examination shall be announced to the examiners at the latest one week before the beginning of the examination.

§ 22. Conduct of the oral examination

§ 23. (1) In the non-teaching period prior to the oral examination, working groups may be set up to prepare for the oral examination. The preparation in the working groups has to include up to four teaching units per course of teaching, which form an examination area. In the working groups, the examination-relevant competence requirements in the respective examination area are to be addressed, examination situations are to be analysed and instructions for learning how to cope with the learning contents are to be given.

(2) The principal or principal shall take the necessary measures to ensure the proper conduct of the oral examination. The course of the oral examination shall be subject to a test protocol.

(3) The Chairman or Chairperson shall ensure that the examination is conducted in accordance with the law.

(4) In order to prepare for each oral examination, a reasonable period of at least 20 minutes with regard to the examination area and the terms of reference shall be granted. There is no longer time to use for any oral examination than is necessary for obtaining a safe assessment. The duration of the examination shall not be less than ten minutes and shall not exceed 20 minutes.

(5) In agreement between examiner and examiner and candidate for examination, oral examinations, other than in linguistic examination areas, may be held in full or in substantial parts in a living foreign language. , in this case, the lack of knowledge of the living foreign language in the assessment of the benefits shall be disregarded and the use of the living foreign language (without any relevance to assessment) in the certificate of the final Examination of the examination area concerned.

§ 29. (1) The oral examination shall include:

(2) The examination area "Specialist subject colloquium" according to paragraph 1 Z 2 includes the choice of the candidate for examination or of the candidate for examination.

the subject-theoretical subject-matter of the selected training centre; or

2.

the subject matter "Business Administration, Fashion Marketing and Sales Management" and a subject-theoretical subject-matter of the core area "Product Development", not already selected according to § 27 Z 3 for diploma thesis or for partial examination according to Z 3 and production " or

3.

Two or three subject-theoretical subjects of the main area "Product Development and Production", which are not already selected according to § 27 Z 3 for diploma thesis or for part-examination according to Z 2.

(3) The examination area "Wahlfach" pursuant to paragraph 1 Z 3 lit. (6) The examination area "History and political education" in accordance with paragraph 1 Z 3 lit. d includes the mandatory subjects "History and Culture" and "Political Education and Law".

(7) The examination area "Process Design and Quality Management" in accordance with paragraph 1 Z 3 lit. e includes the required articles "Project and Quality Management" and "Process Design and Process Data Management".

(8) The examination area "Culture and Social Reflection" in accordance with paragraph 1 Z 3 lit. f includes the sections "Literature and Culture" as well as "Media" of the required subject "German".

(9) In the case of the combination of compulsory subject-matter pursuant to paragraph 2 (2) (2) and (3), the principal or principal of the school shall be aware of appropriate combinations of opposition by attack at school within the first three weeks of the last school stage.

(10) The examination area "History and Political Education" in accordance with paragraph 1 Z 3 lit is omitted in the course of the building course. d.

(11) In the postgraduate course for the hearing impaired, the examination areas "Multilingualism (with the name of the two living foreign languages)" are no longer required in accordance with paragraph 1 Z 3 lit. b and "History and Political Education" in accordance with paragraph 1 Z 3 lit. d.

for a minimum of four hours per week, but in the subject matter of "Second living foreign language" for at least six hours per week, and not already in accordance with § 31 for the examination of the examination or in accordance with paragraph 1 (2) to the "Specialisation subject colloquium" the compulsory subject-matter of the main area or the selected training centre, with the exception of the subject matter of the main area "Artistic Gestalten" as well as "Movement and Sport", or

2.

(5) The examination area "Culture and social reflection" in accordance with paragraph 1 Z 3 lit. c includes the sections "Literature and Culture" as well as "Media" of the required subject "German".

(6) For the combination of compulsory subject matter pursuant to paragraph 3 (2) (2), the head of the school or the head of the school must make known appropriate combinations of opposition by attack at the school within the first three weeks of the last school stage.

§ 33. (1) The preliminary examination shall comprise the examination areas:

(2) The "Kitchen" examination area referred to in paragraph 1 Z 1 comprises the subject matter "kitchen organization and cooking".

(3) The examination area "Restaurant" in accordance with paragraph 1 Z 2 comprises the subject matter "Service Organization and Servieren".

(2) The examination area "Specialisation subject colloquium" in accordance with paragraph 1 Z 2 lit. a includes the choice of the candidate for examination or the candidate for examination

for a minimum of four hours per week, subject to the compulsory subject matter "Other living foreign language (s)", however, for at least six hours per week, and not already in accordance with § 35 of the examination examination or in accordance with section 1 (2) to the "Specialisation subject Colloquium" Compulsory subject matter of the main area or selected training centre, with the exception of the practical items "Kitchen organisation and cooking" as well as "Service organization and serving" as well as the main areas "Operational internship" and "exercise and sport; sports animation", or

2.

Two total of at least five hours per week were taught and not already selected according to § 35 of the examination examination or in accordance with paragraph 1 (1) (2) of the "Specialisation subject colloquium" of the main area or of the selected Focus on training, with the exception of the practical subject matter "kitchen organization and cooking" as well as "service organization and serving" as well as the core areas "operational internship" and "movement and sport; sports animation".

(5) The examination area "Multilingualism (with the name of the two living foreign languages)" in accordance with paragraph 1 Z 3 lit. b includes the mandatory subject matter "English" and "Other living foreign language (s)".

(6) The examination area "Culture and Social Reflection" in accordance with paragraph 1 Z 3 lit. c includes the sections "Literature and Culture", "Media" as well as "Society and Politics" of the required subject "German".

(7) In the examination areas "Professional communication in the foreign language (with the name of the foreign language)" in accordance with paragraph 1 Z 2 lit. b or "elective subject" in accordance with paragraph 1 Z 3 lit. a iVm para. 4 Z 1 is to choose a foreign language, which is not already mentioned in accordance with § 35 para. 1 Z 2 lit. a for the examination of the examination or, if need be, in accordance with section 36 (1) Z 1 for oral examination.

(8) In the case of the combination of compulsory subject matter pursuant to paragraph 4 (2) (2), the principal or principal of the school shall, within the first three weeks of the last school, be aware of appropriate combinations of opposition by attack at school.

5. Subsection

Certificate of maturity and diplomacy at the Higher Teacher Institute for Economic Occupations
(including the postgraduate course; excluding the training branches "Culture and Congress Management" and "Environment and Economy")

Pre-Review

§ 37. (1) The preliminary examination shall comprise the examination areas:

1.

"Kitchen" (300 minutes including work planning and preliminary work, practical) and

2.

"Service" (210 minutes, practical).

(2) The "Kitchen" examination area referred to in paragraph 1 Z 1 comprises the subdivisions

1.

"Kitchen" of the obligatory subject "Kitchen and service" and

2.

"Work organization (work planning, time management)" of the compulsory subject "operational organisation".

(3) The "Service" examination area pursuant to Section 1 (2) of the Z 2 includes the "Service" and "Beverages" subdivisions of the "Kitchen and Service" subject.

(4) The pre-examination shall be omitted in the course of the building course.

§ 38. The examination area "Diploma thesis" includes the choice of the candidate for examination or the candidate:

1.

the training priority chosen (except for the foreign language focus), or

2.

a mandatory subject matter of the main area or of the selected training centre, with the exception of the compulsory subject matter "Kitchen and Service" and "Movement and Sport", and after the election of the candidate for examination or of the candidate for examination, the Compulsory subject

the subject matter "conference and congress management", if it was not chosen according to § 41 Z 2 for diploma thesis.

(3) The examination area "Professional communication in the foreign language (with the name of the foreign language)" in accordance with paragraph 1 Z 2 lit. b comprises the sub-section "Professional communication" of the required subject

"third party living foreign language",

where the one for the written examination according to § 42 paragraph 1 Z 2 lit. a or the foreign language chosen for the oral part-examination in accordance with paragraph 1 (1) (1)

§ 45. (1) The examination shall include:

(2) The examining area "Living foreign language" in accordance with paragraph 1 Z 2 lit. a includes the subject matter "English".

(3) The examining area "Applied Business Administration and Accounting" in accordance with paragraph 1 Z 2 lit. c includes the subject matter "Accounting and Controlling" and the subject areas "Purchase Contract", " Corporate Governance incl. legal basis ',' legal forms of business ',' staff development ',' credit institutions ',' securities ',' investment and financing ',' marketing 'and' external trade 'of the compulsory subject' operational and national economy '.

Oral examination

§ 46. (1) The oral examination shall include:

1.

If two examination papers have been selected in accordance with Section 45 (1) Z 2, an oral examination in the examination area in which no written examination was filed pursuant to Section 45 (1) Z 2 in the course of the examination of the examination,

2.

an oral examination in the examination area "Priority subject specialist colloquium" and

3.

an oral examination after the examination candidate's choice of candidate or candidate in the examination area

a)

"optional subject" (with an addition to the subject-matter referred to in paragraph 4), or

b)

"Multilingualism (with the name of the two living foreign languages)" or

c)

"Culture and social reflection".

(2) The examination area "Specialist subject colloquium" in accordance with Section 1 (2) (2) comprises, at the choice of the candidate for examination or the candidate for examination, a compulsory subject-matter pursuant to paragraph 3 (1) and the subject matter of the subject matter.

1.

"Applied biology and ecological environmental analysis" or

2.

"Applied chemistry and chemical environmental analysis" or

3.

"Applied physics, physical environmental analysis, measurement and control technology" or

4.

"Environmental Technologies and Innovation" or

5.

"Living room design and spatial planning".

(3) The examination area "Wahlfach" pursuant to paragraph 1 Z 3 lit. a includes the choice of the candidate for examination or the candidate for examination

1.

for a minimum of four hours per week, but in the subject matter of "Second living foreign language" for at least six hours per week, and not already in accordance with § 45 of the examination examination or in accordance with Section 1 (2) to the "Specialisation subject Colloquium" the compulsory subject-matter of the main area, with the exception of the main area "Movement and Sport", or

2.

Two total of at least five hours per week and not already in accordance with § 44 of the diploma thesis, in accordance with § 45 for the examination of the examination or in accordance with paragraph 1 Z 2 of the "Priority subject specialist colloquium" chosen subject-matter of the main area, with the exception of the main area "Movement and Sport".

(4) The examination area "Multilingualism (with the name of the two living foreign languages)" in accordance with paragraph 1 Z 3 lit. b includes the mandatory subject matter "English" and "Second living foreign language".

(5) The examination area "Culture and social reflection" in accordance with paragraph 1 Z 3 lit. c includes the sections "Literature and Culture", "Media and Economy" as well as "Society and Politics" of the required subject "German".

(6) For the combination of compulsory subject matter pursuant to paragraph 3 (2) (2), the head of the school or the head of the school must make known appropriate combinations of opposition by attack at the school within the first three weeks of the last school stage.

8. Subsection

Entrance qualification and diploma examination at the commercial academy
(including the advanced training course)

diploma thesis

§ 47. (1) The examination area "Diploma thesis" includes:

1.

The compulsory items "business administration" and "accounting and controlling" and

2.

the chosen training centre or the chosen field of speciation.

(2) After the election of the candidate for examination or the candidate for examination, the examination area "Diploma thesis" in addition to para. 1 includes a compulsory subject matter of the main area (except for the subject matter "Movement and Sport").

Clause Check

§ 48. (1) The examination shall include:

1.

A written examination in the examination area "German" in accordance with § 12 paragraph 1 Z 1 lit. a and

2.

After the election of the candidate for examination or the candidate for examination, one or two examination papers in the examination areas

a)

"Living foreign language" according to § 12 paragraph 1 Z 1 lit. b or

b)

"Applied Mathematics" according to § 12 (1) (1) (1) (1) c and

3.

A written exam in the examination area "Business Management" (360 minutes, in writing).

At the Bilingual Federal Trade Academy in Klagenfurt, the examination exam deviates from Z 1 after the election of the candidate for examination or of the candidate for examination in the examination area "German" in accordance with paragraph 1 z 1 lit. a or in the "Slovenian" examination area (standardized, 300 minutes, in writing).

(2) The examining area "Living foreign language" in accordance with paragraph 1 Z 2 lit. After the election of the candidate for examination or the candidate for examination, a required subject matter "English including the language of the economy" or "Living foreign language (with the name of the foreign language)" shall be included.

(3) The examination area "Applied Mathematics" in accordance with paragraph 1 Z 2 lit. b includes the subject matter "Mathematics and Applied Mathematics".

(4) The Examination area "Business Economic Examination" in accordance with paragraph 1 Z 3 includes:

1.

the compulsory items "business administration" and "accounting and controlling" and

2.

The subdivisions "Practice Company" and "Case Studies" of the required subject "Business Training, Project and Quality Management, Practice Company and Case Studies".

Oral examination

§ 49. (1) The oral examination shall include:

1.

If only one examination work has been selected in accordance with § 48 (1) Z 2, an oral examination in the examination area in which no written examination has been filed in accordance with § 48 (1) Z 2 during the examination of the exam, and

2.

an oral examination in the examination area "Priority subject: Business Economic Colloquium" and

3.

an oral examination after the examination candidate's choice of candidate or candidate in the examination area

a)

"Religion" or

b)

"Culture" or

c)

"Slovenian" (at the Bilingual Federal Trade Academy in Klagenfurt) or

d)

"History (economic and social history) and international economic and cultural spaces" or

"Slovenian", if the examination area "German" has been chosen for the examination in accordance with section 48 (1), or

"German", if the examination area "Slovenian" has been chosen for examination in accordance with § 48 (1).

(2) The examination area "Priority subject: Business Colloquium" in accordance with paragraph 1 Z 2 shall comprise:

1.

the subject-matter of the "business economy",

2.

The "Project Management" section of the "Project Management and Project Work" and the "Project Management"

3.

the training priority chosen, or the chosen discipline.

(3) The "Culture" examination area referred to in paragraph 1 Z 3 lit. b comprises the sub-sections "Literature, Art and Society" and "Culture Portfolio" of the required subject "German".

(4) The examination area "Natural Sciences (Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Ecology and Commodities Teaching)" according to paragraph 1 Z 3 lit. f includes the subject matter "Chemistry", "Physics" and "Biology, Ecology and Commodity Teaching".

(5) The examination area "Professional communication in the living foreign language (with the name of the foreign language)" in accordance with paragraph 1 Z 3 lit. i does not include the written examination in accordance with § 45 paragraph 1 Z 2 in accordance with Section 1 (1) (1) of the Compulsory Oral Examination

1.

"English, including economic language", or

2.

"Living foreign language".

(6) The examination area "Multilingualism (with the name of the two living foreign languages)" in accordance with paragraph 1 Z 3 lit. j includes the mandatory subject matter "English" and "Living foreign language".

(7) The examination area "Wirtschaftsinformatik" (Business Informatics) according to paragraph 1 Z 3 lit. k can not be chosen by those candidates who have attended a specialist training centre or specialising in "Information Management and Information Technology".

(8) The examination area "Seminar (with name of the seminar)" in accordance with paragraph 1 Z 3 lit. A minimum of four hours per week, but at least six hours per week taught at the foreign language seminar, shall be included in the choice of the candidate for examination.

(9) The examination area "Free subject matter (with designation of the free object)" in accordance with paragraph 1 Z 3 lit. After the election of the candidate for examination, a minimum of four hours per week, but at least six hours per week of subjects taught in the "Living Foreign Language" subject shall be covered by the free-object.

9. Subsection

Certificate of maturity and diploma at the educational institution for kindergarten pedagogy

diploma thesis

§ 50. (1) The examination area "Diploma thesis" includes one or two compulsory subjects or the "early education" free area of the examination candidate after the election of the candidate for examination or the candidate for examination.

(2) For the combination of subject-related subjects or -Areas referred to in paragraph 1 shall be made known by the principal or principal of the school, within the first eight weeks of the last school stage, of appropriate combinations of opposition by means of attack at the school.

(2) The examination area "Pedagogy (including Pedagogical Psychology, Pedagogical Sociology, Philosophy)" in accordance with paragraph 1 Z 2 may only be selected if the subject-matter covered by the examination area does not already have to be covered in accordance with § 50 of the diploma thesis has been selected.

(3) The examination area "Didactics" in accordance with paragraph 1 Z 2 may only be chosen if the subject-matter covered by the examination area has not already been selected according to § 50 for the thesis.

(4) The selection of the examination areas referred to in paragraph 1 Z 2 lit. c is only permissible if at least one statutory subject-matter corresponding to an examination area pursuant to section 52 (1) (2) (2) was chosen for the diploma thesis in accordance with § 50.

Oral examination

§ 52. (1) The oral examination shall include:

1.

In the case of § 51 paragraph 1 Z 2 lit. b an oral examination in the examination area in accordance with § 51 (1) Z 2 lit b sublit. aa or bb, in which there was no written examination in the context of the examination of the examination, and

2.

(10) an oral examination in accordance with the conditions laid down in paragraph 10 of the Examination Office after the election of the candidate for examination or of the candidate

a)

"pedagogy (including pedagogical psychology, pedagogical sociology, philosophy)" or

b)

"pedagogy (including pedagogical psychology, pedagogical sociology, philosophy) and salvation and special education" or

c)

"pedagogy (including pedagogical psychology, pedagogical sociology, philosophy) and pedagogy of early education", when the field of free-standing "early education" has been visited, or

d)

"Didactics" or

e)

"Didactics and organisation, management and law" or

(2) The examination area "Pedagogy (including Pedagogical Psychology, Pedagogical Sociology, Philosophy) and Pedagogy of Early Education" according to paragraph 1 Z 2 lit. c includes the compulsory subject "Pedagogy (including Pedagogical Psychology, Pedagogical Sociology, Philosophy)" and the sub-section "Pedagogy of the Early Education" of the "Pedagogy and Didactics of Early Education" article.

(3) The examination area "Didactics and Didactics of Early Education" in accordance with paragraph 1 Z 2 lit. f comprises the subject matter "Didactics" and the sub-section "Didactics of the Early Education" of the article "Pedagogy and Didactics of Early Education".

(4) The examination area corresponding to a school autonomous subject of the same name as set out in paragraph 1 Z 3 lit. c comprises at least four hours per week after the election of the candidate for examination or of the candidate for examination, and at least up to and including the pre-school-level school-autonomous subject-matter of the school.

(5) The examination area "Image-Object-Material-Design" according to paragraph 1 Z 4 lit. b sublit gg comprises the compulsory subject matter "Bildnerische educated", "Werkerattracting", "Textile Design" and "Seminar Bildnerische educated, Werkerattracting, Textiles Gestalten".

(6) The examination area "Image-Object-Material-Design und Heil-und Sonderpädagogik" pursuant to paragraph 1 Z 4 lit. b sublit. hh comprises the subject matter "Bildnerische educated", "Werkerattracting", "Textiles Gestalten" and "Seminar Bildnerische educated, Werkerattracting, Textiles Gestalten" as well as "Heil-und Sonderpädagogik".

(7) The Examination Area "Movement Education" in accordance with paragraph 1 Z 4 lit. lit. b sublit. ii includes the subdivision "Movement Education" of the required subject "Movement Education; Movement and Sport".

(8) The examination area "Movement Education and Rhythm And Musical Education" in accordance with paragraph 1 Z 4 lit. c sublit. jj, includes the subdivision "Movement Education" of the compulsory subject "Movement Education; Movement and Sport" as well as the required subject matter "Rhythm-musical education".

(9) The examination area "Physical Education and Special Education" in accordance with paragraph 1 Z 4 lit. c sublit. kk includes the subdivision "Movement Education" of the compulsory subject "Movement Education; Movement and Sport" as well as the compulsory subject matter "Heil-und Sonderpädagogik".

(10) The choice of the examination area provided for in paragraph 1 Z 2 by the candidate for examination or the examination candidates refers to the examination areas within the groups of examination areas in accordance with paragraph 1 Z 2 lit. a, b and c and/or Paragraph 1 Z 2 lit. d, e and f. The partial oral examination referred to in paragraph 1 (2) shall be deducted from the group of examination areas in respect of which it is not already

The examination area "Pedagogy (including Pedagogical Psychology, Pedagogical Sociology, Philosophy)" or "Didactics" has been selected for examination in accordance with § 51 (1) (2) (2)

the corresponding compulsory subject "Pedagogy (including Pedagogical Psychology, Pedagogical Sociology, Philosophy)" or "Didactics" according to § 50 of the diploma thesis was chosen.

Were the subject matter of "Pedagogy (including Pedagogical Psychology, Pedagogical Sociology, Philosophy)" or "Pedagogy" or " Pedagogy "Didactics" according to § 50 of the diploma thesis was chosen and the complementary examination area "Didaktik" or "Didaktik" was selected. "Pedagogy (including Pedagogical Psychology, Pedagogical Sociology, Philosophy)" according to § 51 para. 1 Z 2 for the examination of the exams, the oral part-examination according to paragraph 1 Z 2 is deleted.

(11) The examination area "Wahlfach" pursuant to Section 1 Z 3 is not required for candidates who have chosen a subject or several subjects according to section 1 Z 3 for the thesis in accordance with § 50. However, if a subject according to Z 3 in combination with a mandatory subject matter corresponding to an examination area pursuant to paragraph 1 Z 2 has been selected for the thesis according to § 50, only the area of the selected subject according to Z 3 is omitted.

(12) The examination area "Professional Examination Area" in accordance with Section 1 (4) is not applicable to candidates who have chosen one or more subjects in accordance with Section 1 (1) (4) to the diploma thesis in accordance with § 50. However, if a subject according to Z 4 in combination with a mandatory subject matter corresponding to an examination area pursuant to paragraph 1 Z 2 has been selected for the thesis in accordance with § 50, only the area of the selected subject according to Z 4 is omitted.

(13) If, according to paragraph 1 (3) and "Professional Examination Area", the two examination areas "elective subject" in accordance with paragraph 1 (1) (4) have chosen a subject in accordance with § 50 of the diploma thesis, then the candidate or the candidate shall be elected after the election. Candidates for examination of one of the two examination areas referred to in paragraphs 1 (3) and (4). In the remaining examination area, the subjects according to subsection 1 Z 3 and/or Z 4 not for election, from their areas (para. 1 Z 3 lit. a or lit. b or Paragraph 1 Z 4 lit. a, lit. b or lit. (c) this subject has been chosen for diploma thesis.

10. Subsection

§ 53. § 50 shall apply with the proviso that the free-range area of "early education" cannot be chosen.

(4) The selection of the examination areas referred to in paragraph 1 Z 2 lit. c is only permissible if at least one statutory subject-matter corresponding to an examination area according to § 58 (1) Z 2 has been selected according to § 56 of the diploma thesis.

(3) The examination area corresponding to a school autonomous subject of the same name as set out in paragraph 1 Z 3 lit. c comprises at least four hours per week after the election of the candidate for examination or of the candidate for examination, and at least up to and including the pre-school-level school-autonomous subject-matter of the school.

(4) The partial oral examination referred to in paragraph 1 Z 2 shall be taken out of the examination area in respect of which the examination area is not already

The examination area "Pedagogy (including Pedagogical Psychology, Pedagogical Sociology, Philosophy)" or "Didactics (in particular the didactics of the Hort and HeimerEducation)" has been selected for examination in accordance with § 57 (1) (2) (2) for the examination of the exams or

the corresponding compulsory subject "Pedagogy (including Pedagogical Psychology, Pedagogical Sociology, Philosophy)" or "Didactics (especially Didactics of Hort and HeimerEducation)" was chosen according to § 56 of the diploma thesis.

Were the subject matter of "Pedagogy (including Pedagogical Psychology, Pedagogical Sociology, Philosophy)" or "Pedagogy" or " Pedagogy "Didactics (especially Didactics of Hort and HeimerEducation)" according to § 56 of the diploma thesis selected and became the complementary examination area "Didactics (especially Didactics of Hort-und Heimeraring)" resp. "Pedagogy (including Pedagogical Psychology, Pedagogical Sociology, Philosophy)" according to § 57 (1) (2) of the Examination for the Examination of the Examination, the oral part-examination pursuant to Section 1 (2) (2) shall not apply.

(5) The examination area "Wahlfach" pursuant to Section 1 Z 3 is not required for candidates who have chosen a subject or several subjects according to paragraph 1 Z 3 for the thesis pursuant to § 56. However, if a subject according to Z 3, in combination with a compulsory subject matter corresponding to an examination area pursuant to paragraph 1 Z 2, has been selected for the thesis according to § 56, only the area of the selected subject according to Z 3 is omitted.

(6) The examination area "Professional Examination Area" in accordance with Section 1 (4) is not applicable to candidates who have chosen one or more subjects in accordance with Section 1 (1) (4) to the diploma thesis in accordance with § 56. However, if a subject according to Z 4 in combination with a compulsory subject matter corresponding to an examination area pursuant to paragraph 1 Z 2 has been selected for the thesis in accordance with § 56, only the area of the selected subject according to Z 4 is omitted.

(7) If a subject has been chosen from the two examination areas "Wahlfach" pursuant to Section 1 (3) and "Professional Examination Area" in accordance with paragraph 1 (1) (4) in each case one subject pursuant to § 56 of the diploma thesis, then after the election of the examination candidate or of the examination candidate, the candidate is not elected. Candidates for examination of one of the two examination areas referred to in paragraphs 1 (3) and (4). In the remaining examination area, the subjects according to subsection 1 Z 3 and/or Z 4 not for election, from their areas (para. 1 Z 3 lit. a or lit. b or Paragraph 1 Z 4 lit. a, lit. b or lit. (c) this subject has been chosen for diploma thesis.

§ 59. The examination area "Diploma thesis" comprises the subject matter of the choice of the candidate for examination or of the candidate for examination:

"Didactics".

§ 60. (1) The examination comprises a written examination of 300 minutes after the election of the candidate for examination or of the candidate for examination in a test area listed below and not selected according to § 59 of the diploma thesis:

(2) The examination area "Didactics" in accordance with paragraph 1 Z 3 shall include the subject matter of the choice of the candidate for examination or of the candidate for examination:

§ 65. The examination area "Diploma thesis" comprises the subject-theoretical subject matter of the respective subject area or the respective training centre, as well as the inclusion of laboratories.

Clause Check

§ 66. (1) The examination shall include:

1.

A written examination in the examination area "German" in accordance with § 12 paragraph 1 Z 1 lit. a and

2.

After the election of the candidate for examination or the candidate for examination, one or two examination papers in the examination areas

a)

"Living foreign language" according to § 12 paragraph 1 Z 1 lit. b or

b)

"Applied Mathematics" according to § 12 (1) (1) (1) (1) c and

3.

A written examination in the examination area "Business Administration and Accounting" (300 minutes, in writing).

(2) The audit area "Business Administration and Accounting" in accordance with paragraph 1 Z 3 includes:

1.

the subject matter "Business and accounting", or

2.

In the case of a school-autonomous summary with other mandatory items, the sub-divisions "Business Administration" and "Accounting" of this compulsory subject-specific subject of compulsory schoenology.

Oral examination

§ 67. (1) The oral examination shall include:

1.

If only one examination work was selected in accordance with Section 66 (1) (2), an oral examination in the examination area in which no written examination was filed pursuant to Section 66 (1) (2) of the examination in the course of the examination of the examination, and

2.

an oral part-examination in the examination area "Fachcolloquium" and

3.

an oral examination after the examination candidate's choice of candidate or candidate in the examination area

a)

"Complementary Compartment" or

b)

"Religion" or

c)

"Culture and social reflection" or

d)

"Second living foreign language (with the name of the foreign language)", provided that the relevant subject matter has been taught to the extent of at least six hours per week) " or

e)

"History and Political Education".

(2) The examination area "Fachcolloquium" (Fachcolloquium) in accordance with paragraph 1 (2) (2) comprises two compulsory subject-matter according to paragraph 4, which is subject to a total of at least ten weekly hours.

(3) The examination area "Complementary Subject" in accordance with paragraph 1 Z 3 lit. a comprises a minimum of four hours per week, and not subject to the subject-specific subject-matter chosen in accordance with paragraph 2 of the technical colloquium, in accordance with paragraph 4.

(4) The examination area "Culture and Social Reflection" in accordance with paragraph 1 Z 3 lit. c comprises the areas of "Literary Education" and "Media" of the required subject "German".

(5) The definition of the technical colloquium referred to in paragraph 1 (2) and (1) (3) (3) (3). a for the complementary subject of the choice of compulsory items is made by the headmaster from the compulsory subject matter of the following curriculum areas taught in the III., IV. and V. Yearning:

1.

at all higher agricultural and forestry educational institutions with a focus on training from the "Management and Law" curriculum, which have been introduced in school autonomously,

2.

at the Higher Teacher's Institute for Agriculture of the Curriculum Area "Agriculture and Forestry",

3.

at the Higher Teacher's Institute for Agriculture with the focus on "Environmental Technology", the curriculum areas "Agriculture and Forestry" and "Environmental Technology",

4.

at the Higher Teacher's Institute for Wine and Fruit Construction the curriculum areas "Biochemical and technical basics",

5.

at the Higher Teacher's Institute for Garden and Landscape Design of the Curriculum Area "Garden and Landscape Design",

6.

at the Higher Teacher's Institute for Horticulture in the "Gartenbau" curriculum area,

7.

at the Higher Teacher's Institute for Agricultural Engineering, the curriculum areas "Agriculture" and "Technology",

8.

At the Higher Teacher's Institute for Forestry, the curriculum areas "Forestry Production and Natural Space Management" as well as "Forestry Engineering",

9.

At the Higher Teacher's Institute for Agriculture and Food, the curriculum areas "Agriculture" and "Nutrition" and

10.

at the Higher Teacher's Institute for Food and Biotechnology, the curriculum areas "Agriculture" and "Technology and Laboratory" as well as from the curriculum area "Natural Sciences" the subject matter "Applied Chemistry", " Microbiology and Hygiene "and" Food and biochemistry ".

(6) The examination areas and the compulsory items in the individual curriculum areas referred to in paragraph 4 (1) to (10) shall be known by the principal or principal of the school within the first three weeks of the last school level by attack at the school. .

Final provisions

Transitional provision

§ 68. The Regulations

1.

on the final examinations in the vocational middle and higher schools, BGBl. II 70/2000, as amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 58/2008, and

2.

on the final exams at the educational institution for kindergarten pedagogy and the educational institute for social education, BGBl. II No 58/2000, as amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 172/2009,

shall continue to apply for final examinations up to the date of effect of this Regulation in accordance with Section 69 and to the repetition of such final tests beyond the date of such effective application.

entry into force

§ 69. This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 September 2012 and shall apply, by way of derogation from that date, to final examinations with a main date from 2015.
