201. Ordinance of the Federal Minister for Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Management on the inclusion of secondary services in the teaching obligation of teachers at the Federal State and Forest Teachers of the Federal Republic of Germany (LFNebLV)

On the basis of § 9 (3) of the Federal Act of 15 July 1965 on the extent of the teaching obligation of the federal teachers, BGBl. No 244/1965, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 52/2009, is assigned in agreement with the Federal Minister for Women and Public Service with regard to the teaching staff of the federal and forestry departments of the Federal Republic of Germany:

Management of multi-day school events

§ 1. The management of a multi-day school event with a duration of at least four days and a stay of 4.33 hours is included in the teaching commitment group III for the week in which the respective school event ends. to be included.

Use of loam facilities or test facilities

§ 2. The use of teaching staff in teaching facilities (such as teaching staff, teaching staff, teaching budget, winery) or at test facilities, in connection with these activities, which are linked to the Federal State and forestry departments of the Federal Republic of Germany, in so far as these activities are carried out in the The framework of an existing division of services is to be included in the teaching obligation for two hours actually carried out as one unit of value.

Work as a plant manager or workshop manager

§ 3. The work as a workshop manager or workshop manager is to be included in the teaching obligation for each school to the extent of one unit of value per organisational and actually intended teaching workshop.

§ 4. The use as an educational director or guardian of boarding school in the federal state and forestry departments of the Federal Government is to be included in the teaching obligation as follows:

2 hours per week of the teaching group III to 50 boarding school students,

3 hours per week of the teaching group III to 100 boarding school students,

4 hours per week of the teaching group III to 150 boarding school students,

5 hours per week of the teaching group III to 200 boarding school students,

6 hours per week of the teaching group III to 250 boarding school students,

7 hours per week of the teaching group III to 300 boarding school students,

8 hours per week of the teaching group III to 350 boarding school students,

9 hours per week of the teaching group III to 400 boarding school students,

10 hours per week of group III from 401 boarding school pupils

Support for IT jobs

§ 5. (1) The pedagogically professional support of information technology jobs (IT jobs) is to be included in the teaching obligation in the extent referred to in paragraph 2. This support includes in the pedagogical and technical field, in particular

1.		Application-oriented hardware and software support in the server/client operation, including internet connection and user programs,
2.		The use of IT development environments and IT tools in the subject areas that need IT support,
3.		the care of teachers and pupils in the web and IT operations of the school, with particular attention to security measures, inventoried IT jobs,
4.		participation in the relevant procurement procedures;
5.		the management of the specialist library and of electronic web-supported technical glossaries and
6.		the creation of own and the evidence holding of electronic publications as well as web 2.0 applications of the specialist area.

(2) The extent of the inclusion in the teaching obligation shall be for:

up to 20 IT jobs	3 hours per week,
for every other IT workplace	0.05 per week per week

the teaching commitment group II. However, this calculation shall only be due to the following maximum extent:

(3) IT workstations within the meaning of paragraphs 1 and 2 shall be understood to mean both non-networked and networked inventoried IT workstations (including Intranet), provided that they are permanently used for teaching. As IT workstations, under the conditions that all pupils in the class in question use a notebookPC or netbookPC in the classroom, and the teaching programme of this class in the majority of the subjects is included in this class. Teaching technology is coordinated, as well as school-network-external PC-analog mobile devices such as NotebookPCs or NetbookPCs of the students. The number of pupils in accordance with paragraph 2 is measured for each school year on the basis of the number of pupils on the cut-off date of the Austrian school statistics for the previous school year for the type of school in question. The number of IT jobs is determined by the IT workplaces that were inventoried for the respective school location in the previous school year. The number of notebooks or netbookPCs to be taken into account by the pupils shall be based on the number of notebooks or netbookPCs used by the pupils in the class in the previous school year in the classroom, provided that: The teaching program of this class in the majority of the teaching subjects was adapted to this teaching technology.

(4) For the pedagogically professional support of learning platforms (LMS systems) used in the classroom, such as Moodle or dotLRN, an invoice from a week-hour of the teaching commitment group II is to be included in the teaching obligation if:

1.		at least half of the pupils and teachers of a school site are managed with LMS systems; and
2.		no settlement in accordance with paragraph 1 is due.

(5) If several teachers are involved in the care of IT jobs at a school, the accounts shall be divided among these teachers on the basis of the tasks assigned.

Entry into force; external force

§ 6. (1) With the entry into force of this Regulation, the Regulation of the Federal Minister of Agriculture and Forestry of 5 July 1990 on the inclusion of anceshates in the teaching obligation of the Federal Teacher, BGBl. N ° 556/1990, as amended by the BGBl version. II No 380/1998, except for force.

(2) § 5 of this Regulation shall expire on the expiry of 31 August 2013.
