The Austrian Taxe 1962, BGBl. N ° 128, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 464/2011, shall be amended as follows:
1. In accordance with Article 11 (41), the following paragraph 42 is added:
" (42) Annex B in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No. 209/2012 will enter into force on 1 July 2012. "
