95. Revelation of the Federal Chancellor concerning the termination of a contract between the Austrian Federal Government and the Government of the Republic of Malta

On the basis of § 5 paragraph 1 Z 6 of the Federal Law on the Federal Law Gazette 2004 (BGBlG), BGBl. I n ° 100/2003 idgF, shall be made known:

The Federal Government of Austria and the Government of the Republic of Malta have agreed that the following change of notes with the accession of the Republic of Malta to the European Union by 1 May 2004 by Article 18 (1) of the Treaty establishing the European Community (Article 21 (1) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union) and Directive 2004 /38/EC on the right of citizens of the Union and their family members to take part in the territory of the European Union Member States shall be free to move and reside, pursuant to Article 59 (1) (1). a of the Vienna Convention on the Law of the Treaties shall be deemed to have ended:
