(2) In accordance with Section 11a (8) in conjunction with Section 3 of the ÖSG, operators of green electricity plants based on biogas have to submit a raw material balance when submitting the application in accordance with paragraph 1 of the Eco-current winding station. In the event of a breach of this reporting obligation, no raw material surcharges may be granted.

§ 3.
