252. Presentation of the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs, Family and Youth on the appointment of Gas Connect Austria GmbH to the independent transmission system operator

Pursuant to Section 119 (8) of the Federal Law, which is to be used to enact new regulations in the field of natural gas management (Gaswirtschaftsgesetz 2011-GWG 2011), BGBl. I n ° 107/2011 in the version of BGBl. I No 138/2011, shall be made known:

The "Energie-Control Austria for the regulation of the electricity and natural gas industry (E-Control)" has been informed with a communication of 6 July 2012, Zl. V ZER G 01/12, it is determined that Gas Connect Austria GmbH fulfils the requirements of § 112 bis § 116 GWG 2011 and thus as an independent transmission system operator (ITO) pursuant to § 119 (1) Z 3 GWG 2011 is certified.

In accordance with Section 119 (8) of the GWG 2011, Gas Connect Austria GmbH is thus designated as a transmission system operator.
