255. Federal Minister for Education, the Arts and Culture, with which the Performance Evaluation Regulation is amended

On the basis of § 18 of the German School Education Act, Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). No 472/1986, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 36/2012, shall be arranged:

The Performance Evaluation Ordinance, BGBl. No 371/1974, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 185/2012, shall be amended as follows:

1. In § 7, the following paragraph (8a) is inserted:

" (8a) For the purpose of preparing for the final examination in standardized examination areas, the Federal Ministry of Education, the Arts and Culture can use the recommended standard for the execution of school work or of parts of the same. Test formats are used. In these cases, the correction and the assessment of the services provided shall be carried out in accordance with the correction and assessment instructions associated with the standardized test formats. "

(2) The following paragraph 5 is added to § 24:

" (5) § 7 (8a) in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II N ° 255/2012 will enter into force on 1 September 2012. "
