69. Revocation of the Federal Chancellor on the annulment of a phrase in Section 60 (24) of the German Gambling Law by the Constitutional Court

According to Art. 140 (5) and (6) B-VG and in accordance with Section 64 (2) of the Constitutional Court Act 1953, BGBl. No. 85, is made known:

The Constitutional Court, with the recognition of 30 June 2012, G 51 /11-8, delivered to the Federal Chancellor on 23 July 2012, rightly recognized:

The phrase "to grant a concession within the meaning of § 22, not until" in § 60 (24) of the Federal Act on the Rules of Gambling (Gambling Act-GSpG), BGBl. N ° 620/1989, idF BGBl. I No 73/2010, is being repealed as unconstitutional.

Previous legal provisions do not enter into force again. "
