73. Federal Law, which changes the law on the teaching of the school teaching

The National Council has decided:

The school teaching law, BGBl. No 472/1986, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 36/2012, shall be amended as follows:

1. § 78b together with the title is:

" School trials for partial testing; statutory anchorage of standardised examination forms

§ 78b. The last sentence of paragraph 1 shall apply.

(3) The provisions of Section 8 and their application to partial examinations of the professional tyre test in recognised courses according to § 8 of the Federal Act on the Professional Tyre Test, BGBl. I n ° 68/1997, which will be filed as of 1 April 2016, must be based on the recognition of training courses for the preparation of the professional tyre test. '

2. § 82 (5) (5) reads:

" (5o) § 23 para. 1a, the title of sections 8 and 8a as well as the § § 42a to 42i of this Federal Act as amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 112/2009 do not enter into force. § 11 (3a), § 36 (3), § 37 (2), § 64 sec. 2 Z 1 lit. m, § 71 para. 2 lit. f and § 78b, together with the title in the version of the above federal law, enter into force on 1 September 2009. § 42j together with the title shall enter into force on 1 September 2013 and shall apply to tyre tests starting from the main date of 2014. 3. In § 82 para. 5p Z 2 lit. a will be the number "2014" by the number "2015" replaced.

4. In § 82 para. 5p Z 2 lit. b becomes the number "2015" by the number "2016" replaced.

5. § 82 para. 5p Z 3 reads:

" 3.

Section 41a, together with the title, shall enter into force as of 1 September 2013 with regard to its name and presentation. "

6. § 82 para. 5p Z 4 reads:

" 4.

Section 23 (1a) shall enter into force on 1 September 2014. "

7. In § 82 para. 5s Z 9 lit. a will be the number "2014" by the number "2015" replaced.

8. In § 82 (5s) Z 9 lit. b becomes the number "2015" by the number "2016" replaced.

9. The following paragraph 5u is added to § 82:

" (5u) § 78b together with the title and § 82c together with the title of this federal law in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I N ° 73/2012 will enter into force on 1 September 2012. "

10. In accordance with § 82b the following § 82c shall be inserted with the title:

"Option model" New maturity check " or "New Maturity and Diplomacy"

§ 82c. (1) With the agreement of the School Community Committee, the provisions concerning the partial standardised tyre test or A school year before the entry into force and/or diploma is already in place.
