73. Federal Law, which changes the law on the teaching of the school teaching

The National Council has decided:

The school teaching law, BGBl. No 472/1986, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 36/2012, shall be amended as follows:

1. § 78b together with the title is:

" School trials for partial testing; statutory anchorage of standardised examination forms

§ 78b. (1) In the school years 2012/13 and in the school years 2012/13, in general education higher schools (with the exception of the Werkschulheim and the Realgymnasium as well as the Oberstufenrealgymnasium with special consideration of the arts education for students of the music) 2013/14 new forms of maturity testing pursuant to Section 8 in conjunction with Section 23 (1a) shall be tested. § 7 of the School Organization Act, BGBl. N ° 242/1962, shall apply with the proviso that there is no numerical restriction.

(2) In vocational higher schools, in higher schools of teacher and teacher education, at the Werkschulheim and at the Realgymnasium as well as at the Oberstufenrealgymnasium, with special consideration of the arts education for students of music In the school years 2012/13 to 2014/15 new forms of maturity and diploma examination can be tested in accordance with Section 8 in conjunction with Section 23 (1a). The last sentence of paragraph 1 shall apply.

(3) The provisions of Section 8 and their application to partial examinations of the professional tyre test in recognised courses according to § 8 of the Federal Act on the Professional Tyre Test, BGBl. I n ° 68/1997, which will be filed as of 1 April 2016, must be based on the recognition of training courses for the preparation of the professional tyre test. '

2. § 82 (5) (5) reads:

" (5o) § 23 para. 1a, the title of sections 8 and 8a as well as the § § 42a to 42i of this Federal Act as amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 112/2009 do not enter into force. § 11 (3a), § 36 (3), § 37 (2), § 64 sec. 2 Z 1 lit. m, § 71 para. 2 lit. f and § 78b, together with the title in the version of the above federal law, enter into force on 1 September 2009. § 42j together with the title shall enter into force on 1 September 2013 and shall apply to tyre tests starting from the main date of 2014. "

3. In § 82 para. 5p Z 2 lit. a will be the number "2014" by the number "2015" replaced.

4. In § 82 para. 5p Z 2 lit. b becomes the number "2015" by the number "2016" replaced.

5. § 82 para. 5p Z 3 reads:

" 3.		Section 41a, together with the title, shall enter into force as of 1 September 2013 with regard to its name and presentation. "

6. § 82 para. 5p Z 4 reads:

" 4.		Section 23 (1a) shall enter into force on 1 September 2014. "

7. In § 82 para. 5s Z 9 lit. a will be the number "2014" by the number "2015" replaced.

8. In § 82 (5s) Z 9 lit. b becomes the number "2015" by the number "2016" replaced.

9. The following paragraph 5u is added to § 82:

" (5u) § 78b together with the title and § 82c together with the title of this federal law in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I N ° 73/2012 will enter into force on 1 September 2012. "

10. In accordance with § 82b the following § 82c shall be inserted with the title:

"Option model" New maturity check " or "New Maturity and Diplomacy"

§ 82c. (1) With the agreement of the School Community Committee, the provisions concerning the partial standardised tyre test or A school year before the entry into force and/or diploma is already in place. More effective will be applied in accordance with § 82 (5p) Z 2 and Z 4 as well as (5s Z 9). Such a declaration of consent shall be subject to the special requirements for decision-making pursuant to Section 64 (11) of the last sentence and shall be at the latest by the end of the first semester of the school year 2012/13 (with regard to the requirements of § 82 para. 5p Z 2 lit. a) or 2013/14 (with regard to the provisions of § 82 para. 5p Z 2 lit. (b) to submit to the competent school authority of the first instance, which shall be submitted to the competent authority of the first instance, which shall be responsible for the early application of the standardised tyre test, or In accordance with § 79, the relevant provisions shall be made available to the public.
