108. Presentation by the Federal Chancellor of the renewal of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Austria represented by the Federal Minister of Finance and the Government of the Republic of Cape Verde represented by the Minister of Finance on financial cooperation

On the basis of § 5 paragraph 1 Z 6 of the Federal Law on the Federal Law Gazette 2004 (BGBlG), BGBl. I No 100/2003, shall be made known:

The Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Austria represented by the Federal Minister of Finance and the Government of the Republic of Cape Verde represented by the Minister of Finance on the Financial Cooperation of 8 July 2010 (BGBl. III. No 91/2010) was adopted in accordance with Art. 13 by the exchange of letters of 6. and 9 July 2012 extended for a further period of two years, starting on 9 July 2012.

Faymann
