109. Presentation by the Federal Chancellor concerning the extension of the Agreement on financial cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Austria represented by the Federal Minister of Finance of the Republic of Austria and the Government of the Republic of Austria Republic of Tunisia

On the basis of § 5 paragraph 1 Z 6 of the Federal Law on the Federal Law Gazette 2004 (BGBlG), BGBl. I No 100/2003, shall be made known:

The Agreement on financial cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Austria represented by the Federal Minister of Finance of the Republic of Austria and the Government of the Republic of Tunisia of 24 November 2009 (BGBl. III No. 49/2010) was extended in accordance with Art. 9 by an exchange of letters of 25 June and 12 July 2012 for a further period of one year, beginning 12 July 2012.
