264. Ordinance of the Federal Minister for Education, the Arts and Culture, with which the examination regulations AHS are changed

On the basis of § § 34 to 41 of the school teaching law, BGBl. No 472/1986, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 73/2012, shall be arranged:

The regulation of the Federal Minister for Education, Arts and Culture on the Reifepexam in the generally forming higher schools (examination regulations AHS), BGBl. II No 174/2012, shall be amended as follows:

1. In § 17 (1) 4. Sentence becomes the turn "ten tasks" through the turn "ten sub-tasks" replaced.

2. § 27 (1) Z 11 reads:

" 11.		"Latin (four or six years old)", "

3. § 28 (2) Z 3 reads:

" 3.		for "Living foreign language (three years old)" as well as for the supplementary elective subject "Informatics" for each 12 subject areas (in addition two subject areas in the upper level for each additional hour of the week), "

4. In § 28 (2) Z 4, after the word "Latin" the parenthesis expression "(four years)" inserted.

Section 34 (2) reads as follows:

" (2) By way of derogation from Section 8 (1), the topic of the pre-scientific work has to be determined with regard to those candidates who are candidates for examination, which are:

1.		Repeat the last school level in special forms according to § 36 paragraph 1 Z 1 in the school year 2015/16, until end of September 2015 and
2.		Repeat the last school level in the other forms of higher education in general education in the school year 2014/15, until end of September 2014
shall be made. "

6. § 35 (1) reads:

" (1) This Regulation, which is § § 17 (1), 27 (1) Z 11, 28 (2) (2) (3) and (4) and 34 (2) in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No 264/2012, shall enter into force on 1 September 2012 and shall be different from that date

1.		with regard to the Werkschulheimes and the Realgymnasium as well as the Oberstufenrealgymnasium with special consideration of the music training for students of the music on tyre tests with main appointment from 2016 and
2.		With regard to the other forms of higher education in general education, with main appointment as of 2015
