79. Federal Law, which changes the School Organization Act

The National Council has decided:

The School Organization Act, BGBl. No 242/1962, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 36/2012, shall be amended as follows:

1. In § 8e (1), first sentence, the word order shall be "In the school years 2010/11 and 2011/12" through the phrase "In the school years 2012/13 and 2013/14" replaced.

2. (Policy determination) In Section 8e (3), the word order shall be "in the school years 2010/11 and 2011/12" through the phrase "in the school years 2012/13 and 2013/14" replaced.

(3) The following paragraph 27 is added to § 131:

" (27) ( Principle specification as regards § 8e (3) § 8e (1) in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 79/2012 will enter into force on 2 September 2012. Section 8e (3), as amended by the aforementioned Federal Act, shall enter into force with respect to the Länder at the end of the day following the presentation; the implementing laws shall be adopted within one year and shall be in force on 2 September 2012. "
