Agreement in accordance with Art. 15a B-VG between the Federal Government and the countries with which the agreement on the joint promotion of the 24-hour service is amended

The Federal Government, represented by the Federal Government, and the Länder of Burgenland, Carinthia, Lower Austria, Upper Austria, Salzburg, Styria, Tyrol, Vorarlberg and Vienna, represented by the Governor of the State of Austria, respectively, respectively. the Governor of the State, hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Parties, have agreed to conclude the following agreement in accordance with Art. 15a B-VG:

Article I

Amendment of the agreement on joint promotion of 24-hour support

The agreement in accordance with Art. 15a B-VG between the Federal Government and the Länder on the joint promotion of 24-hour support is hereby amended as follows:

Article 9 reads as follows:

" Article 9

Period of validity, termination

This agreement shall apply until 31 December 2014. The Contracting Parties shall refrain from dismissal for this period. "

Article II

entry into force

(1) This Agreement shall enter into force retrospectively with 1. Jänner 2011 in force, as soon as

1.		the conditions necessary for entry into force in accordance with the country's constitutions are fulfilled and the Federal Chancellery has received the notifications from the Länder as well as
2.		the conditions required by the Federal constitution are met.

(2) The Federal Chancellery shall immediately inform the Contracting Parties of the notifications referred to in paragraph 1 above.

Article III

Deposit

This Agreement shall be drawn up in a single original. The original text will be deposited with the Federal Chancellery. This has to be forwarded to the countries by certified copies of the agreement.

The agreement shall enter into force according to its nature. II (1) retroactively with 1. Jänner 2011 in force.
