110. by-laws of the Federal Chancellor concerning the scope of the Convention of the United Nations on contracts for the international sale of goods
After notification of the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Denmark has his declaration made on the occasion of the ratification to article 921 of the Convention of the United Nations on contracts for the international sale of goods of July 2, 2012 (Federal Law Gazette No. 96/1988, last proclamation of the scope BGBl. III No. 99/2012) withdrawn or its declaration to article 94 is supplemented as follows:
In addition to the previous declaration to article 94, Denmark, with regard to Iceland declared referred to in article 1, with regard to Finland and Sweden in accordance with article 1 cf. art. 3 and Norway in accordance with article 2, that the Convention shall not apply to the conclusion of contracts, if the parties have their establishment in Denmark, Iceland, Finland, Sweden and Norway.
