271. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Justice, amending the Regulation on the basic training for the Executive Service of the Working Group E 1 in the Justice Department (Basic Training Regulation E1-BMJ)

On the basis of § § 25 to 31 and 144 of the Civil Service Act 1979 (BDG 1979), BGBl. No. 333, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 55/2012, shall be ordered:

The ordinance of the Federal Minister of Justice on the basic training for the executive service of the application group E 1 in the Justice Department (Basic Education Regulation E1-BMJ), BGBl. II No 64/2007, shall be amended as follows:

1. In Section 6 (3), the phrase "in a professional part and in an appropriation sychological part" through the phrase "in a professional, a physical (fitness and motor) and into an aptitude sychological part" replaced.

(2) The following paragraph 7 is added to § 17:

" (7) § 6 (3) in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No. 271/2012 will enter into force on 1 September 2012. "
