On the basis of the § 229(3) Act of Civil Service 1979 and of the § 17 a. 3 Postal Structure Act 1996, both in the current version, is prescribed:

Distribution of posts
§ 2. (1) The percentages of posts listed in Section 1 and their subdivisions are calculated from the sum of the respective systemized jobs (system status), as well as the multi-annual management jobs not belonging to the state of the Post Office.
It corresponds to:
an annual work place of the use groups PT 2, PT 3, PT 4, PT 5 and PT 6 ...... | 3 points; |

(2) Part-time work places to cover a temporary need for systemized full and partial work places, systemized overtime services, systemized weekly hours and steeringrs are to be recalculated in proportion to annual work places.

Criteria for the establishment of the use "Capkassier"
§ 3. (1) Mainkassa is the establishment of a Post Office, which, with the accounting of the overarching Service, determines the overall soundness.
(2) A major cassette is to be created only at Post Offices I. Class and at Post Offices II. Class, 1 level with more than 90 points. In the latter case, at least two additional annual jobs must be systemized exclusively for the cash counter service.
Criteria for the establishment of the "transition service"
§ 4. The transduction service referred to in § 1 is only to be set up if this use is regularly exercised by a considerable amount of time alone, meaning that, according to systemisation, no other supervisory body is foreseen to a considerable extent.
§ 4a it is.
Criteria for the establishment of the use "letter delivery service in a glide conversion model"
§ 4b. The "letter delivery service in a flexitime transfer model" mentioned in § 1 is only to be set up and only as long as this activity is carried out on the basis of a flexitime transfer model and does not include a paid break, i.e. if employment is measured in terms of activity, working time arrangements and quantity so as to meet the above criteria. At the time of the decomposition of the flexitime transfer model, jobs are set up immediately in the use of ‘0801’, ‘0802’ or ‘0805’, depending on the terms of activity.
At the same time, there is no reference to an operating speciality (performing and aggravating part).

Final provisions
§ 6. This Regulation will enter into force on 1 September 2012.
