317. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Health, which extends the ban on the placing on the market of genetically modified oilseed rape from the oil rapeseed Ms8, Rf3 and Ms8xRf3 in Austria by three years

On the basis of § 60 para. 1 of the Gentechnikgesetz-GTG, BGBl. N ° 510/1994, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 13/2006 and by the Federal Ministries of the Federal Ministries Act 2009. BGBl.I No 3/2009, is ordered:

The regulation of the Federal Minister for Health, Family and Youth, which prohibits the placing on the market of genetically modified oilseed rape from the oil rapslines Ms8, Rf3 and Ms8xRf3 in Austria, and the regulation concerning the prohibition of the use of genetically modified oilseed rape The placing on the market of genetically modified maize BT 176 will be lifted, BGBl. II n ° 246/2008, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 305/2010, shall be amended as follows:

Section 2 (2) reads as follows:

"(2) The prohibition in accordance with § 1 shall expire on the expiry of 30 November 2015."
