152. by-laws of the Federal Chancellor concerning changes of annexes A, B and C to the Stockholm Convention on persistent organic pollutants

On the basis of § 5 par. 1 Z 6 of the Federal Act on the Federal Law Gazette in 2004 (BGBlG), Federal Law Gazette I no. 100/2003, will be published:

At the fourth meeting of the Conference of the parties to the Stockholm Convention on persistent organic pollutants (BGBl. III No 158/2004, as last amended by Federal Law Gazette III No. 1 / 2008 idF BGBl. III No. 99/2009, last proclamation of the scope BGBl. III No. 102/2010) adopted by the Contracting Parties following changes of annexes A, B and C to the Convention:

The changes are lit in accordance with article 22 (3). c of the Convention with 26 August 2010 entered into force.

Since entry into force of the present changes, below States which a declaration pursuant Article 25 paragraph 4 of the Convention have submitted on the occasion of the deposit of its instrument of ratification or instrument of accession, the changes of the annexes A, B and C to the Convention have adopted according to the communication from the Secretary-General of the United Nations:
