152. Chancellor's presentation on amendments to Annexes A, B and C to the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants
On the basis of § 5 paragraph 1 Z 6 of the Federal Law on the Federal Law Gazette 2004 (BGBlG), BGBl. I No 100/2003, shall be made known:
At the fourth meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants (BGBl). III n ° 158/2004, as last amended by BGBl. III N ° 1/2008 idF BGBl. III n ° 99/2009, last proclamation of the BGBl area. III. No 102/2010), the Contracting Parties have adopted the following amendments to Annexes A, B and C to the Convention:

The amendments are in accordance with Article 22 (3) lit. c of the Convention entered into force on 26 August 2010.
Since the date of entry into force of the present amendments, the following States, on the occasion of the deposit of their instruments of ratification, have been informed by the Secretary-General of the United Nations. Instrument of accession a declaration in accordance with. Under Article 25 (4) of the Convention, amendments to Annexes A, B and C to the Convention have been adopted:

On 23 August 2010, New Zealand also took part in the process. Art. 22 (3) (lit). b and c as well as (4) of the Convention, that it is not at present able to adopt the amendments to Annexes A, B and C.
