154. Presentation of the Federal Chancellor concerning the corrigendum to the Convention on Police Cooperation in South-Eastern Europe

According to the communication of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Albania of 17 September 2012, the authentic English language version and thus also the German translation of the Convention on Police Cooperation in South-Eastern Europe (BGBl. III No 152/2011), technical errors have been corrected.

Article 15 (8) reads as follows:

" In the course of a controlled delivery, the provisions of Article 14, paragraph 5 , subparagraph a) to c) and e) to h) shall apply accordingly for the officers of the requesting contracting party. "

" For the purposes of carrying out the controlled delivery, the officials of the requesting Contracting Party shall be subject to the provisions of Article 14 (1), 5 , litera a) to c) and e) to h) accordingly. "

Article 17 (2) reads as follows:

" Article 16 shall apply accordingly. "
