365. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs, Family and Youth, which changes the Trade Statistics Regulation 2009

Due to § § 1 and 11 (2) of the Commercial Statistical Act 1995, BGBl. No. 173/1995, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 148/2004, is prescribed:

The Trade Statistics Ordinance 2009 (HStatVO 2009), BGBl. II No 306/2009, shall be amended as follows:

1. In § 2, the amount shall be stated "500 000 euro" by the amount specified "550 000 euro" replaced.

2. In § 3, the amount of the amount shall be "10 million euros" by the amount specified "12 million euros" replaced.

3. The following paragraph 3 is added to § 4:

" (3) § § 2 and 3 in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No 365/2012 are due to 1. Jänner 2013 in force. "
