379. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection for the temporary employment of foreigners in winter tourism

Due to § 5 paragraph 2 Z 1 of the Foreigners Employment Act-AuslBG, BGBl. No. 218/1975, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 25/2011, shall be assigned:

§ 1. (1) For the winter tourism sector, a quota of 1 710 for the fixed-term employment of foreign workers shall be established and shall be allocated among the following Länder as follows:

(2) Within the framework of this Regulation and the BGBl Regulation. No 350/2012 quotas already allocated may be granted during the entire period of validity of this Regulation to authorisations of employment whose validity does not exceed 24 weeks and shall not end after 15 May 2013 may.

§ 2. (1) For Styria, an additional quota of 35 for the short-term employment of foreign workers in accommodation, gastronomy and leisure facilities during the Alpine Ski World Championships will be held in Schladming fixed.

(2) In the framework of this quota, the granting of employment permits may be granted with a maximum period of validity of six weeks. The duration of the permits shall not be allowed before the 15. January 2013 will start and do not end after 28 February 2013.

§ 3. Nationals who are subject to the transitional provisions on the free movement of workers of the EU (§ 32a AuslBG), and asylum seekers are to be preferred in the granting of the employment permits.

§ 4. This Regulation shall not enter into force on 30 April 2013.
