384. Ordinance of the Financial Markets Authority (FMA), which changes the FMA Incoming Platform Regulation
On the basis of § 36a of the Pensionskassengesetz-PKG, BGBl. No. 281/1990, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 54/2012, and Section 91a of the Securities and Markets Act 2007-WAG 2007, BGBl. I n ° 60, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 83/2012, shall be arranged:
The Regulation of the Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FMA) on electronic introduction (FMA-Incoming-Platform Regulation-FMA-IPV), BGBl. II No 184/2010, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 274/2011, shall be amended as follows:
1. In § 1 Z 6, at the end of the period, the following shall be replaced by a stroke; the following Z 7 and 8 shall be added:

pursuant to § 6a (1) and (2), § 7 (7), § 12 (5), § 20a (4), § 21 (3) and (8), § 25 (9), § 25a (3), § 30a (1), § 31 (2), § 33b (1) and (2), and § 36 (1) and (2) of the PKG; |

pursuant to § 6 WAG 2007 in conjunction with Section 73 (1) Z 1 to 8 and 11 BWG, § 10 sec. 2, § 11 Abs. 4 Z 1, § 13 para. 1, 5, 7 and 9, § 14 para. 1, § 26 para. 2, § 33, § 73 para. 2 and § 74 paragraph 2 WAG 2007. " |

2. § 2 first sentence reads:
" The incoming platform is a web-based application of the FMA and the OeNB, which can be accessed via the web presence of OeNB and FMA and which, if required by law, simultaneously transfers data, messages and documents to both parties. Institutions exclusively for electronic means. "
3. In accordance with Section 3 (2), the following paragraph 3 is added:
" (3) § 1 Z 7 and § 2 first sentence in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No 384/2012 are due to 1. Jänner 2013 in force. § 1 Z 8 in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No 384/2012 shall enter into force on 1 July 2013. '
