395. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Transport, Innovation and Technology on the fixing of toll rates (Mentariff Regulation 2012)
On the basis of the § 9 of the Federal Law on tolling on federal roads (Federal Road toll Law 2002 – BStMG), BGBl. I No. 109/2002, last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No. 135/2008 and the Federal Ministerial Law-Novelle 2009, BGBl. I No 3, will be prescribed in agreement with the Federal Minister for Finance:
§ 1. Prices are differentiated according to EURO emissions classes:

§ 2. The basic-km tariff for motor vehicles with two axles is without VAT:

§ 3. The basic-km tariff as set out in Section 2 is increased according to § 9. 7 Lithuania.b BStMG for the route of A 12 between the state border at Kufstein and the nodes Innsbruck/Amras (A 13) in the calendar year 2012 by a 10% increase, in the calendar year 2013 by a 15% increase, in the calendar year 2014 by a 20% increase and a 25% increase from the calendar year 2015.
§ 4. Tariffs for the rates set out in § 10. 2 BStMG toll sections are in euro without VAT:

Tariffs for the toll sections of the A 13 include, in accordance with § 9. 7 Lithuania. bStMG a 25% increase.
§ 5. The prices set in § 4 for the toll section of the A 11 between the St. Jakob/Rosental connection station and the state border of Karawanken tunnel will only apply to the direction of Slovenia.
§ 6. Prices for the period between 22 a.m. and 5 a.m. differ from § 4 in euro without VAT:

§ 7. (1) This Regulation will enter into force on 1 January 2013.
(2) With the entry into force of this Regulation, the toll tariff regulation 2011 BGBl. II No. 436/2011, shall enter into force.
