399. Ordinance of the Federal Minister of Science and Research, which changes the educational documentation regulations of universities of applied sciences

On the basis of § 3 (6), § 4, § 5 (3), § 7 and § 9 of the Education Documentation Act, Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). I n ° 12/2002, last amended by the Federal Law of the Federal Republic of Germany (BGBl). I n ° 89/2012, shall be assigned in agreement with the Federal Chancellor:

The regulation of the Federal Minister of Science and Research on the implementation of the Education Documentation Act at universities of applied sciences and universities of applied sciences (educational documentation regulations-polytechnics-BiDokVFH), BGBl. II No 29/2004, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 160/2011, shall be amended as follows:

1. § 1 (1) reads:

" (1) The Information Law of the Agency for Quality Assurance and Accreditation Austria in relation to the holders of universities of applied sciences and universities of applied sciences in accordance with § 23 of the German Universities of Applied Sciences and Applied Sciences Law, BGBl. No 340/1993, in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 74/2012, this Regulation shall not affect it. '

2. § 1 (3) and (4) reads:

" (3) For the coding of the States (see Annex 1, in point 1, characteristics 6, 7, 12; in item 2, characteristics 6, 7 and 12; in item 3, characteristics 6 and 7) are those of the Federal Minister of Science and Research, by way of the Agency for Quality Assurance and Accreditation Austria known codes to use.

(4) In the transmission of the data, the owners have to comply with the system and data-technical specifications of the Agency for Quality Assurance and Accreditation Austria. "

3. § 2 (1) reads:

" (1) The holder of a university of applied sciences degree programme has, on the dates of 15 April and 15 November of each year, within two weeks of the Federal Minister or the Federal Minister for Science and Research, through the Agency for Quality Assurance and Quality Assurance and Accreditation Austria, stating the date of notification, the data of the students according to Appendix 1 to be known. "

4. § 3 reads:

" § 3. The holder of a university of applied sciences degree course or a university of applied sciences has between 15. and 30 November of each year the Federal Minister for Science and Research, through the Agency for Quality Assurance and Accreditation Austria, data on the course of studies he has carried out in the past academic year for the implementation of Staff of the University of Applied Sciences and courses of training used for further training in accordance with Appendix 2 to be known. "

5. § 4 reads:

" § 4. (1) The Agency for Quality Assurance and Accreditation Austria has to submit to the Bundesanstalt "Statistik Österreich":

1.		the dates referred to in Article 2 (1) and the reporting dates referred to in Annex 1, and
2.		the date of the report referred to in § 3 Appendix 2 .

(2) Each data transfer to the Bundesanstalt "Statistik Österreich" shall contain the information in accordance with § 1 paragraph 2. The data format shall be agreed between the Federal Institute and the respective data supplier. "

6. § 5 shall be added to Section 5 (1) and Section 5 (1), the following paragraph 2 shall be added:

" (2) § 1 (1), (3) and (4), § 2 (1), (3) and (4) and the Annexes 1 and 2 in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No. 399/2012 will enter into force on 1 November 2012. "
