408. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Women and Civil Service on the minimum rates for the assessment of the supplementary allowance for the year 2013 (Supplementary allowance ordinance 2013-ErgZV 2013)
Due to § 26 (5) of the Pension Act 1965, BGBl. N ° 340, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 76/2012, shall be arranged:
§ 1. The minimum rates within the meaning of Section 26 (5) of the Pension Act 1965 shall be as of 1. Jänner 2013

for civil servants, € 837,63 and increase for married civil servants or officials whose marriage has been divorced, annulled or annulled if they are obliged to pay for the maintenance of their former € 418.26 and for each child for which the civil servant or the official is entitled under Section 25 of the Pensions Act 1965 to € 129,24; or |

for the surviving spouse, € 837,63 and increase for each child for which the surviving spouse benefits under Section 25 of the Pensions Act 1965 by 129,24 €; |

for a half-orphan until the completion of the 24th Life year 308,09 € and after this date 547,47 €; |

for a full orphan until the completion of the 24th Life year 462,60 € and after this date 837,63 €; |
|||||||||
5. |
for a former spouse 837,63 €. |
§ 2. This Regulation shall enter into force 1. Jänner 2013 in force.
