344. Regulation of the Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FMA) on the annex to the audit report for safety devices (safeguards-APV-SiEi-APV)

Pursuant to Section 31 (5) of the Deposit Guarantee and Investor Compensation Act (ESAEG), BGBl. I No 117/2015, shall be arranged:

Presentation of the examination procedure and the results of the examination

§ 1. The result of the examination in accordance with § 31 (5) ESAEG is in a Annex Report on the audit report on the annual accounts.

Presentation of findings

§ 2. Regardless of whether the defects and violations of regulations have been remedied before completion of the examination, the findings are to be presented in the facility in each case with the specific relevant law references in the fields marked for this purpose.

entry into force

§ 3. This Regulation shall enter into force with the day following the presentation and shall be applied for the first time to financial years ending after 30 December 2015.
