180. by-laws of the Federal Minister for culture, constitutional and media regarding the scope of the European Convention on the supervision of conditionally sentenced or conditionally released offenders

After notification of the Secretary General of the Council of Europe Moldova has caused the European Convention on the supervision on 9 November 2015 sentenced or conditionally released offenders (Federal Law Gazette No. 248/1980, last proclamation of the scope BGBl. III No. 199/2014) signed and deposited its instrument of acceptance.

According to a further communication, the Secretary General's Ukraine has issued an Erklärung1 with regard to the application and implementation of the Convention in the currently not the Ukrainian Government controlled parts of their territory on 16 October 2015.
