408. Ordinance of the Federal Minister of Health on Medical Universities in Austria (Medical Universities-Ordinance 2016-MUVO 2016)
On the basis of § 4 paragraph 3 Z 1 of the Medical Law 1998, BGBl. I n ° 169/1998, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 90/2015, shall be arranged:
§ 1. Universities within the meaning of § 4 paragraph 3 Z 1 of the Medical Law 1998 are

the Karl Landsteiner Privatuniversität für Gesundheitswissenschaften, |

| 2. |
the Medical University of Graz, |
|||||||||
| 3. |
the Medical University of Innsbruck, |
|||||||||
| 4. |
the Medical University of Vienna, |
|||||||||
| 5. |
the Paracelsus Medical Private University Salzburg, |
|||||||||
| 6. |
the Sigmund Freud Private University, Faculty of Medicine, and |
|||||||||
| 7. |
University of Linz, Faculty of Medicine. |
|||||||||
§ 2. (1) The Regulation shall enter into force 1. Jänner 2016 in force.
(2) The Regulation of the Federal Minister for Health, Family and Youth on Medical Universities in Austria (Medical Universities-Regulation MUVO), BGBl. II No 56/2008, shall expire at the end of 31 December 2015.
